# What's the best sales engagement platform with the cleanest UI for managing calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach in one place?

Hey G2 community! I've been researching sales engagement tools and one question I keep running into is: what's the best sales engagement platform with the cleanest UI for managing calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in one place? The all-in-one promise is everywhere, but how unified the experience actually feels day-to-day is a different story.

Narrowed it down to five that come up most in G2 reviews for this:

Apollo.io: Chrome extension pulls verified contact info from a LinkedIn profile without switching tabs. Clean enough that reviewers say new reps can operate it from day one. Does LinkedIn outreach actually feel native, or more like a bolt-on?

Close: Purpose-built for inside sales teams. Calls, SMS, and emails all inside a single lead record with full contact history visible. Reviewers who moved from heavier CRMs consistently describe the switch as a relief.

HubSpot Sales Hub: Email tracking, sequences, and pipeline in one view. Fastest to onboard according to most small team reviews. Deeper customization sits behind higher pricing tiers.

Salesloft: Strong cadence execution and tight Salesforce integration. UI gets more mixed reviews compared to newer tools. Does the LinkedIn task integration feel genuinely seamless or does it still need extra steps?

Outreach: Solid multi-channel sequence builder, but reviewers who use it daily say the interface feels cluttered once you're managing multiple cadences at once.

Which of these has made calls, emails, and LinkedIn feel like one workspace rather than three tools side by side? Curious whether UI has actually affected how quickly reps get comfortable with it on your team.

Close made the biggest difference for our ramp time specifically. New reps could see a lead's full call, SMS, and email history in one place from day one, so onboarding didn't involve explaining where to look for what.

A layout looks unified when you're looking at one prospect. The real test is whether a rep with 150 queued tasks sees one thread per prospect or if calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches still show up as three separate items. That's when "all-in-one" either holds or collapses.

### Comment 3

Close sounds especially appealing if the goal is to make outreach feel like one workspace. Having calls, SMS, emails, and the full contact history inside the same lead record seems like the kind of simplicity that could help reps get comfortable with the platform quickly.

Worth separating two things "clean UI" can mean here: clean when you open it, or clean when a rep has 150 queued tasks across three channels. The real test isn't the layout, it's whether a call, an email reply, and a LinkedIn touch for the same prospect show up as one thread or as three items in three lists, because that's the moment "all-in-one" either holds or quietly turns back into three tools. Anyone who's watched a rep work a full task queue in one of these would add more here than another screenshot comparison.
