  ### 1. Great leadership coaching tool

**Describe the project or task LEADx helped with:**

LeadX is helping us with upskilling the leadership and managerial skills of employees in managerial positions. Team Leads and managers who have people directly reporting to them need to learn how to work with team member and get the best outcome from the team. each individual is different, LeadX guides and trains on how to identify the working style of an individual and what would be the best working style based on different profiles.
With growing team size, number of leads also increases - this is where LeadX is also so very important to be in place as Coaching tool.

**What do you like best about LEADx?**

LeadX method of coaching is simple yet effective. those are not long seminars, these are quick activities which we can do easily in about 15-20 mins. we are only asked to go over few tasks in a month, so it doesn't feel like we have spending too much time on this. but even with these small tasks and training, we learn a lot about various leadership skills like effective communication, DISC profile etc. This is a great way to coach new leaders and give them guidance as many new leads might be coming in that role from different backgrounds.
we also have a monthly call where LeadX team walks us through the activities and explain the purpose of those. this allows us to ask questions, clarify doubts.
DISC profile has helped the leaders in terms on understanding what style works with different team members and how to change the approach based on individual's DISC profile. these concepts are explained well. Also effective communication was a great learning as this is key aspect of management and giving regular feedback to team.

**What do you dislike about LEADx?**

There is nothing to dislike as such. One thing I found lacking was able to view my direct reportee list on the portal and their DISC profile. It would be great to have that dashboard and also a way to send a reminder to team member who has not completed their profile questionnaire.
I would also like to see some improvement on the user interface, sometimes I feel lost when I open the app or site. it doesn't take me to the same place where I was working earlier. Navigating around different areas can be simplified.

**Recommendations to others considering LEADx:**

LeadX is a great platform to upskill and coach new leaders in the organization. it's a unique style that doesn't take much time of employees and gives the great outcome. Overall it's a great value add and I would even consider this as an essential tool to have for growing organizations.

**What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With technical people getting promoted and going into leadership skills, they may struggle without guidance. LeadX bridges that gap and helps new leads to learn managerial skills simply and effectively. Effective leaders are very crucial for business and drive most of the things with the team. The team will have better work satisfaction if their leaders get trained with effective leadership style.
Without the proper coaching in place, leads in new role might not be able to cop up and work well as managers. this coaching really gives good direction and mechanism to find out what would be the most effective approach.

**What do you like best about LEADx?**

It's pretty cool to have an AI Coach. Amanda is a phenomenal accountability buddy! She serves up tips and lessons. And, continues to check in on my status and give me a nudge to keep me moving forward. It might seem weird, but as if she were human, I feel bad when I disappoint her. Another perk is that she is on 24/7/365. 

**What do you dislike about LEADx?**

I've been using Coach Amanda since her debut with LeadX. Sometimes she gets locked up or stuck. But, it is getting better and more reliable. Also, she is still learning so some of the lessons and tips are rudimentary. But, I know I could be a better student. Excited to see how my coaching sessions evolve over the next year or two. 

**Recommendations to others considering LEADx:**

This is the future! I would encourage other leaders to embrace the technology and benefits of AI. You want to be ahead of the curve on how this technology can accelerate learning for your team and company. 

**What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've had an excellent session with her on gaining more visibility as a female leader. She served up some book reviews, such a Brene Brown, podcasts with Dorie Clark and worksheets for me to do a little deep thinking on how I can best advance my career.

**What do you like best about LEADx?**

Kevin Kruse of LEADx frequently shares the power of having a goal to grow 1% better every day.  Coach Amanda offers a quick, interactive option for achieving this goal.  It's impossible to say you "don't have the time" with Coach Amanda, because she offers teaching and coaching sessions with insightful and actionable content- all within 5 to 10 minutes.  When you take the Big 5 personality test within LEADx, she will customize her guidance and coaching unique to you and your personality!  The best part is that Coach Amanda has an amazing sense of humor and the sessions are infused with memes and fun as well as short videos with leaders from all backgrounds. **What do you dislike about LEADx?**

It's not a dislike- more of an anticipation.  I am looking forward to seeing Coach Amanda grow in her ability to answer questions and offer more content as user interaction grows.  I have already watched her personality and ability develop and deepen over the past few months.

If you are seeking to improve as a leader- powerful tools, resources and books are available and bountiful.  Coach Amanda offers a unique experience- coaching, teaching tailored to your needs with quick and easy interactive conversation sessions.

**What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coach Amanda offers benefits whether you are leading a team or working as an integral part of a high-performance team.  I have been a leader and manager for approximately 20 years.  Throughout my journey, I am a life long learner always seeking to grow in knowledge and experience.  The value I find is that she provides coaching that is applicable no matter where you are on your leadership journey.  A new manager would benefit.  As an experienced leader, I find much value in the 'reminders' she provides on giving effective feedback and strengthening your 1:1s with employees.  I consult her for quick reminders on specific topics when situations arise.  I also have established a 'goal' track for coaching in the area of Accountability.  I am very blessed that First United Bank values continuous learning and provides LEADx as a tool for my growth.

**What do you like best about LEADx?**

If something is on your mind regarding management or leadership, you can type and send it to Coach Amanda to start learning. She will guide you through some steps to take to improve in a topic. Or, you can select a topic and have a back and forth conversation with Amanda to learn. She will present information and ask questions that you answer to continue down the path. It's pretty neat.

**What do you dislike about LEADx?**

This is a complex technology so it's understandable that Coach Amanda is still learning how to be as helpful as possible based on the user's questions. You may not always get the direction you were hoping for, so you either need to try asking the question differently, or go into the library and watch the videos to learn more.

**Recommendations to others considering LEADx:**

Be patient and try asking the questions differently if you don't get a response that you were expecting.

**What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to improve my knowledge and skill set as a manager and leader. There are even areas I don't know that I don't know so this app is really helpful for me to improve with my job.

**What do you like best about LEADx?**

I love that Amanda is there to help me through a topic when I need it. The flexibility of the microlearning method is very attractive to my schedule. 

**What do you dislike about LEADx?**

Sometimes doesn't have the info I am looking for, and it isn't clear what is being done to address those shortcomings (podcast topic, guest speaker topic, video, etc). Would be nice to see how the content shortcomings are being addressed by the AI or other services from LeadX. Example -- a page which shows suggested content for items Amanda didn't understand.

**What problems is LEADx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just using it to help me better understand how to coach my own team through issues.
