
LeadX is helping us with upskilling the leadership and managerial skills of employees in managerial positions. Team Leads and managers who have people directly reporting to them need to learn how to work with team member and get the best outcome from the team. each individual is different, LeadX guides and trains on how to identify the working style of an individual and what would be the best working style based on different profiles.

LeadX method of coaching is simple yet effective. those are not long seminars, these are quick activities which we can do easily in about 15-20 mins. we are only asked to go over few tasks in a month, so it doesn't feel like we have spending too much time on this. but even with these small tasks and training, we learn a lot about various leadership skills like effective communication, DISC profile etc. This is a great way to coach new leaders and give them guidance as many new leads might be coming in that role from different backgrounds.
we also have a monthly call where LeadX team walks us through the activities and explain the purpose of those. this allows us to ask questions, clarify doubts.
DISC profile has helped the leaders in terms on understanding what style works with different team members and how to change the approach based on individual's DISC profile. these concepts are explained well. Also effective communication was a great learning as this is key aspect of management and giving regular feedback to team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
