
We used to use a live chat application but so often our leads would leave the site or close the chat prior to our response. When that happened our response was emailed to them and rarely replied to. With texting our leads and customers can go about their day and we can chat all throughout the day.
We have already closed 2 new deals in under a week and have been able to help 12+ current customers get quick answers.

I would love it if the desktop version gave me a "PING" or something to alert me of a new message. The app on my phone does a good job with push notifications so I don't miss anything. However, an audible "PING" OR "DING" would be great when I am on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
