**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

I love being able to communicate with our customers as a team. The ease of being able to make notes on any conversation is fantastic! It works well on both desktop and mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

I would love to see a way to mark a conversation as "unread" or "needs attention" when one team member reads a new message in a chat but is not able to take care of the response. I would also love to have an audible notice on new messages added to the program for use on a desktop pc. The mobile is great, but the desktop version is a little hard to keep up with when you are busy and not able to check it every minute.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadFerno gives us the ability to answer both online web inquires and text messages as team. We can make in-office notes on conversations, and follow-up with each other on keeping responses up to date. There are a still features I would love to see added, but overall, I love using LeadFerno, and Aaron has been superb in response when we have encountered problems.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

Leadferno allows us to receive text leads and quickly respond. That results in more closed sales. It has also dramatically improved our communication with existing customers. The ability to take a team approach to sending and receiving texts has allowed our customers to be able to text their technician directly, while allowing the technician to focus on their work, not their phone constantly.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

No tool is perfect. However, Leadferno has been a great solution, the best we’ve seen on the market for our situation. Joel and team have been awesome at taking care of any and all problems we’ve had. If we have a feature request, we feel we’ve been heard, and even if it doesn’t get built right away, it is considered and added if Leadferno feels it would benefit their customers.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to solve a number of communication-related issues. Our customers wanted to text their technician directly. Technicians also wanted the ability to text customers directly, but wanted to focus on quality pest treatments and driving safely, not being on their phone all day. Our sales team wanted to get incoming text leads and respond immediately. Our customer service office staff wanted to have a pulse on what was taking place in the field. As a company, we wanted to increase the perceived value of our service through effective communication and information. We also wanted to create more of a team environment where customers worked with and were loyal to our team and company, not just an individual, and internal field and office members had more transparency in their communication, resulting in a group effort feel instead of a field vs office feel. While not perfect, Leadferno has been a great solution to addressing those issues.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

The thing that I love the most about Leadferno is the ease of which we are able to communicate back and forth with prospective clients, and clients that we have "closed" the deal with that choose to still communicate with us via the app.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

The only downside is or was to Leadferno was the amount of times I would have to re-log in. Like another user said, memorizing another password was a pain, but they seemed to have fixed that already!

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadferno is helping us solve one of our main problems or hurdles when it comes to new clients in regards to how they are able to reach us. Because I use my personal cell phone for business, I am not always wanting to answer a text or email when I am "off", but Leadfernon makes it easy with the automatic response that we have set up. As soon as a prospective client contacts us via  Leadferno, they get an automatic message saying we will respond shortly or during our open business hours. It's so great!!!

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

Great service that enables our sales team to close more sales and respond to our customers where they are. Better yet, it doesn't tank your phone sales, it widens your funnel for even more leads and makes it easier to close increasing our close rate immensely.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

It's still a young product, so not all the feature sets are there yet (but they are working hard to add them).

Biggest need is better integration or offering with traditional SMS marketing platforms such as Attentive, PostScript, Klaviyo or offering to use a SMS-as-a-service partner in Twilio or Zapier.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadferno helps capture more top of funnel leads and organically qualify the lead while empowering our sales team to async address complicated quotes without a phone call.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

Leadferno continuously strives to enhance its product and introduce features. The mobile app does a good job with notifications. Its remarkable how they have improved the login process based on user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

Leadferno falls short when it comes to handling complex quoting, which poses problems, for our sales team in fully meeting customers needs. The platform lacks the flexibility required for managing inquiries resulting in a disjointed customer experience.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadferno solves the problems of reaching out to leads and engaging with them. With its features and user friendly interface Leadferno has boosted my conversion rates. It saves me time and adds a personal touch to my lead generation efforts.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

We used to use a live chat application but so often our leads would leave the site or close the chat prior to our response. When that happened our response was emailed to them and rarely replied to. With texting our leads and customers can go about their day and we can chat all throughout the day. 

We have already closed 2 new deals in under a week and have been able to help 12+ current customers get quick answers.

The price is unbeatable. That live chat I mentioned earlier was 10X more expensive and had lengthy contracts as well. None of that with Leadferno.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

I would love it if the desktop version gave me a "PING" or something to alert me of a new message. The app on my phone does a good job with push notifications so I don't miss anything. However, an audible "PING" OR "DING" would be great when I am on my laptop.

Letting us respond to our customers and leads regardless of if they left the site already.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

It is very useful tool for me. In my work profile I need to connect with so many people to close the deal and this tool helps me to provide more leads and interact with the customers.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

The orice is little bit on the higher side.

Leadferno is solving the problem of communication with the customer. We can easily coordinate with the customer and increase online leads through the website. With the help of this I can easily generate new leads and connect with new clients.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

People seem to be more willing to text us than to reach out by phone or email. We're in real estate, and a real estate transaction is a long-term process. It happens over the course of weeks, at minimum, and usually several months. Leadferno makes it really easy for the buyer or seller to begin a conversation, and then makes it easy for all of us to continue the conversation over time. All the messages live right in the client's main texting app on their phone -- nothing new for them to download, install, or learn. And for us, it's easy to manage all the conversations from the Leadferno app. 

As soon as we added Leadferno to our website, new leads started using it to ask questions about homes for sale, about our availability to help them buy or sell a home, or about something they read on our blog. Within the first 3-4 months, we had equaled our total number of web leads for the entire previous year. Right now, almost near year's end, our web leads are up 240% compared to last year -- and we have a historically good lead gen site. More importantly than leads is that these are serious buyers and sellers. We've added almost $60K in commission income directly from clients whose initial contact was through Leadferno.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

At this point, nothing. We were pretty early users from what I understand. In the beginning, we were frustrated with how often the app forced you to re-login. No one wants to have to memorize another password! But after voicing our complaint, they made the login "stickier" -- problem solved.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People don't want to send another email or make a call to get answers about a home they see on our website, or ask something about moving to our area. Leadferno is making it easier for these folks to contact us through our website, and making it easier for us to add to our client base and sell more homes.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

Leadferno has been a game-changer for us. We do a lot of communication via email and there is always that day or two lag time between getting the answers you need but when customers have a simple question that they can't just pick up the phone and call to ask they text us. We are getting almost immediate response time. Which then helps us get our customer's questions taken care of more quickly. It has also helped us be able to communicate with our customers when it comes to their recycling pick-ups. A lot have expressed in the past wanting a confirmation text which before we did not have and now we can do it within a short time and the customers are loving the reminder! Also Leadfernos customer support/service it outstanding! We had a couple of suggestions for them after using it for a week and they took our suggestions and ran with them and made those suggestions happen! Which makes you feel your option really matter to them!

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

I cant say that there is anything that I dislike. One thing that I didn't like at first was when assigning leads to co-workers you never knew who took that lead. Hence, you had to go in and click on it but after making a suggestion to there team, they made it so that you get a notification on your desktop and or app when a lead is assigned to someone so you know who is taking care of it which is super nice and helpful!

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping cut down on the phone calls for just the simple questions ex hours, items we accept or how to do something which then has opened our phone lines for more of our promotional phone calls and larger pick ups.

No cons so far. My customers continue using it and I appreciate the fact that if they need support they can contact Leadferno directly or reach out to me if they prefer.

Capturing prospect data is a big reason to consider Leadferno over using a business mobile phone for texting. Having a record of the text communication tied to the contact keeps things under control. I also like the ability to write and save responses for replying to frequently asked questions.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

The most helpful tool from leadferno is the ease of responding to customers through an app. Whether you're on your phone or on a computer, responding to customers is simple. Leadferno allows you to transfer messages to people on your team, which is great for organization and making sure someone is following up at all times. We have seen an increase in our online form leads, and the text feature has been supplemental, adding to our total lead count.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

Leadferno has an after-hours prompt that informs customers they've reached us after business hours. My suggestion for the app would be the option for multiple after-hour prompts based on which page the customer originated from (ex. Prompt A for Page A, Prompt B for Page B, etc.) but it's more of a one-size-fits-all prompt that works across all pages/texts.

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadferno is solving out problem of instantaneous 2-way communication. We have an online form people can fill out, but it can be hours before a response. Leadferno allows us to give customers a response typically within 30 minutes.

**What do you like best about Leadferno?**

Giving our customers an easy way to text us through our website has had a huge impact on the number of leads coming in, and in particular, on our ability to stay in touch with those leads and for them to stay in touch with us.  It's a FAR superior solution to the live chat we had on the site before. We track all our incoming leads and saw a 366% increase in new incoming leads when we replaced live chat with the Leadferno widget.

**What do you dislike about Leadferno?**

So far, no dislikes. There was a time when our account grew very large because of all the incoming leads, and it was getting slow. We raised a support ticket with them, and they did some database optimization; now it's super fast. Great customer support!

**What problems is Leadferno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: customer starts a live chat, waits for an agent, gets distracted in another tab, and then the chat automatically closes.

Leadferno: customer starts a text with us, and our agent responds when they are available, and the customer gets the response on their phone, even if they're away from the office. With Leadferno we're always in touch with our customers and don't lose them. GAME CHANGER.
