I would love to see a way to mark a conversation as "unread" or "needs attention" when one team member reads a new message in a chat but is not able to take care of the response. I would also love to have an audible notice on new messages added to the program for use on a desktop pc. The mobile is great, but the desktop version is a little hard to keep up with when you are busy and not able to check it every minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
