CapLinked is an adequate quality for what we receive; in performance, it is the most delicate trade. The search feature that updates emailed, the ability to transfer folders and files, and the software elements that I like. I'd welcome a little more information about versioning. Admins cannot remove workspaces from the system, although they would want to have that option as an Admin. We had chosen a renewal that is versatile and has no flaws. But all I'm saying is that, like other reliable data vault providers, of course, the product is eager to advance. After using Formstack for many years we needed a more powerful solution. I reviewed approximately 8 different products and judging on features and value CapLinked was the clear winner. The ease of use is the one of the reasons why we use CapLinked. If uploading information, or creating a new folder you make a mistake in writing the name of folder, you have to delete the complete folder and create a new one with the name corrected. You should be able to edit a simple thing as folders name, instead of waisting time if you discover a typo after you have uploaded tons of data (that you will have to upload again). They continue to increase our bills and plans without notice or justification. We were on a professional plan which included unlimited workspaces and data. Without notice they changed our plan to the enterprise plan which is double the price a month and said it was due to usage. Why would usage change a plan that's already unlimited? I liked the user interface, it is very easy to navigate and everyone that I invited can immediately start accessing their files.

The program is a simple platform that requires barely any work to set up and maintain. It uploads large documents fast that cause problems in email and I never seem to have ANY issues with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The think I personally don't like is how the program seems to default to previewing the file on the application, instead of download.
