CapLinked is an adequate quality for what we receive; in performance, it is the most delicate trade. The search feature that updates emailed, the ability to transfer folders and files, and the software elements that I like. We no longer email files; instead, we send a link to the consistent person, and our data is protected. Also, the software has an appropriate function that allows us as administrators to access any user’s view, which is useful when users call with questions. I'd welcome a little more information about versioning. Admins cannot remove workspaces from the system, although they would want to have that option as an Admin. We had chosen a renewal that is versatile and has no flaws. But all I'm saying is that, like other reliable data vault providers, of course, the product is eager to advance. After using Formstack for many years we needed a more powerful solution. I reviewed approximately 8 different products and judging on features and value CapLinked was the clear winner. The ease of use is the one of the reasons why we use CapLinked. If uploading information, or creating a new folder you make a mistake in writing the name of folder, you have to delete the complete folder and create a new one with the name corrected. You should be able to edit a simple thing as folders name, instead of waisting time if you discover a typo after you have uploaded tons of data (that you will have to upload again). It has what we need as a data room. When someone views or downloads a document - the details of that action are document and sent via email to the administrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They continue to increase our bills and plans without notice or justification. We were on a professional plan which included unlimited workspaces and data. Without notice they changed our plan to the enterprise plan which is double the price a month and said it was due to usage. Why would usage change a plan that's already unlimited? Our company works with a lot of outside consultants and customers that need to access folder and files, so we basically tested a few data rooms and CapLinked was by far the best value for money. I liked the user interface, it is very easy to navigate and everyone that I invited can immediately start accessing their files.

The program is a simple platform that requires barely any work to set up and maintain. It uploads large documents fast that cause problems in email and I never seem to have ANY issues with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The think I personally don't like is how the program seems to default to previewing the file on the application, instead of download. I personally prefer to just download it and see it in excel, instead of in the preview panel. But this is not a large complaint at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
