I like that Laxis is a very automated platform. It allows me to reach out at scale, and it sounds very human and knowledgeable. The platform enables me to train it on my company information, making it sound personalized. Additionally, I appreciate that email warm-up is included; they set up special email domains for outreach, warm them up for you, and then reach out, which is really a full package. The onboarding call was very detailed, and the product is laid out in a simple and usable way, requiring almost no learning to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if Laxis had the ability to automatically utilize their internal database of contacts. Right now, you have to select and download the contacts to CSV, then reupload them into the platform. It's not a big deal, but it would be a good improvement, and I know people are working on it.
