I like the ease with which I can upload my datasets and enrich them with correct information like cell phone numbers and direct business emails. Laxis saves me time in finding mobile numbers elsewhere since I can just upload LinkedIn profile URLs and get the data that I need. I like that Laxis is a very automated platform. It allows me to reach out at scale, and it sounds very human and knowledgeable. The platform enables me to train it on my company information, making it sound personalized. Additionally, I appreciate that email warm-up is included; they set up special email domains for outreach, warm them up for you, and then reach out, which is really a full package. It would be great if Laxis had the ability to automatically utilize their internal database of contacts. Right now, you have to select and download the contacts to CSV, then reupload them into the platform. It's not a big deal, but it would be a good improvement, and I know people are working on it. It has slightly different capabilities across different platforms. For example, with Google Meet, it identifies the speakers with their name. It is very easy to use. I had forgotten that I had installed the extension, and when I entered the call there was already a panel with the functions. I just turned on subtitles and it automatically started recording. Afterward, the generated report was very useful for remembering everything that was handled.
