The system itself is wonderful. There are very few items that we have not liked about it. The way courses can only be assigned to groups. It would be great if you could assign a course to just an individual versus using the certificate option. I also found it a little difficult in removing a course from one group to assign to another after using a trigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how easy LemonadeLXP is to use, especially for building what we need without looking at other vendors. Our representative was amazing during setup, providing support every step of the way, making the process quick and straightforward. I love that LemonadeLXP helps us keep our call and chat volumes low while providing an effective platform for client education. Our clients benefit significantly by learning to use our new online and mobile platforms through LemonadeLXP. I also find the ability to create different channels between business and consumer very useful, as it allows us to tailor our approach to the specific category of each client. The demos and simulator features are incredibly beneficial and enhance our client interactions. I am also very satisfied with the onboarding process, as it was handled excellently by a great team, including an outstanding representative and owner. The learner engagement is outstanding. The gamified elements—like leaderboards, boosters, and progress tracking—make training feel less like a task and more like a challenge our team actually enjoys. The platform is intuitive, the content is easy to build and update, and the response from learners has been overwhelmingly positive. There’s very little to dislike. If anything, we’d love more customization options when it comes to organizing courses by career path or department, and more flexibility in adding visuals or media directly into step questions. Lemonade allows us to build out excellent, customizable, dependable training paths for our team members that prepare them for their job and the inevitable changes that happen periodically due to competition, regulatory changes, etc. While we can take advantage of the premade content Lemonade already has available, we can create trainings specific to our processes and make them easily available to team members in a way that we could not previously. We have undertaken several ambitious projects as a company in the last two years and were able to get our team educated and excited about these changes because of the dynamic, customizable capabilities provided by Lemonade. LemonadeLXP makes compliance training interactive and engaging. Learners enjoy game based features like building the bank, tracking leaderboards, and following peers, which keeps them motivated. The platform’s pre-built content from the Content Exchange allows us to rapidly publish mandatory training, significantly reducing the workload on our small training team. LemonadeLXP makes training fun and effective. The platform is highly engaging for learners, while also being incredibly easy for administrators to set up and manage. The AI-powered authoring tools save time and effort, allowing us to create high-quality training content quickly. So far we've focused on the following!

• Compliance & Regulatory Training (Bank Secrecy Act, CIP, Fraud Prevention, etc.)

• Product & Service Knowledge (Checking & Share Accounts, Overdraft Protection, Mobile Wallets, etc.)

• Soft Skills Development (Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Active Listening, etc.)

• Fun & Culture-Building Modules ("Just for Fun" topics on holidays, historical events, and regional culture)

• New Hire Onboarding (Core banking concepts, fraud prevention, and operational training)

Creating guided walkthroughs simplifies complex processes like online banking registration and service enrollment, effectively engaging customers and boosting adoption rates. Their initiative to expand step resources will enhance the content available for our customers. The platform offers a perfect balance of fun and functionality—combining gamified learning (certifications, leaderboards) with deep banking knowledge.
