They help us focus on closing deals instead of spending a ton of time creating opportunities. We do not have the largest sales team, so having them spend more time of pitching and closing sales allows us to grow our business and focus on servicing the clients. We started out only using them for outbound prospecting leads from our defined targets. However, we learned we could use them to follow up on inbound, old quotes and old leads we had in our system. The team at Launch Leads is friendly and focused. From the beginning, they showed me what the process was and what to expect.
