Apart from the points that are already mentioned above which are the issues that we still face, I think it is a bit pricy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lattice is helping us to manage the OKRs (which were earlier done through excel sheets) and to get relevant information out of the OKRs, viz. whether an employee completes a goal or not, to what extent the goal is achieved etc. It benefits us to determine what level of increment or bonus an employee should be receiving at the end of the year. Really love how customizable the platform is and how it is a one stop shop for engagement, employee data, and performance management. The integrations with our PEO is also very helpful and will save us a lot of time while onboarding, offboarding, and dealing with any employee change!
