Managing Skills: To be an effective team member goes beyond the completion of a couple of classes. In extended enterprise and partner networks, there are clearly defined paths for partners to grow from level 1 – master. Those rules are always evolving and ever changing the LatitudeLearning LMS helps manage that complexity. This includes the ability to manage complex skill paths based on job requirements, the ability to certify individuals, the ability to define staffing and skill mix requirements by organization types, and the ability to certify locations and managers as the maintain their training and skill levels across their teams. Delivering Business Impact: All partner networks have established performance metrics that usually stand independently from the training programs that are driving them. We believe it is important that training programs bring those measurements into the training objectives and measurements for their participants. This includes individual performance metrics like Customer Satisfaction, Fixed Right First Time, Units Sold, Parts Sold, Repair Orders completed and more. The application also has mobile support so we can learn on the move, and last but not least is the support team of Latitude Learning which handles every support request with topmost priority, **What do you dislike about LatitudeLearning?** Latitude Learning should try to make the application more beginner-friendly as out-of-the-box experience for beginners can be tiresome initially. Another point is the pricing for the application and I expect the company to come up with some more flexible pricing so that more small companies can also incorporate latitude learning LMS. **What problems is LatitudeLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're providing a complete learning solution for organizations having a large number of employees. The help desk is very helpful and quick to answer questions. The learning curve is small. Uploading is very easy to complete. The ability to do bulk loads, branding, and using the 'impersonate' feature is better than I expected. **What do you dislike about LatitudeLearning?** I'm having some issues getting summary reports, but I have just begun using that feature. Some functions could be improved with "smarter" technology so that repeated effort can be avoided. However, there are often so many courses which are to your liking that it is time-consuming to look at all of them. **What problems is LatitudeLearning solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software helped me to organize my program into a structure that was appropriate for this platform. When I was primary admin all went well, we shifted with growth and I moved training, all seems fine. Once familiar with the system, it works like a dream! It is relevant, to the point, and well designed. **What do you dislike about LatitudeLearning?** It also seems difficult to quickly upload a group of users or change where a user reports as the company expands its use and people change jobs. The contents of courses need to be updated as there is noting new.
