"Exceptionally User-Friendly and Versatile for Every Congregation"

What do you like best about Langfinity?

Langfinity is extremely easy to use and offers each of our congregations various ways to utilize the software. Some use a full AV setup while others use a phone at the altar. Because of this, it enables many of our congregations to utilize this software for every service, as well as for meetings. As a company, they are very willing to listen to any problems that might pop up and always have a listening ear when talking through potentially helpful changes with the platform. What do you dislike about Langfinity?

I wouldn't say there's anything I necessarily dislike about Langfinity. There are times when different admins have issues, but like with any product, that will happen. But Langfinity is then there providing support and then identifies and fixes the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Langfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Over the last several years, we've had many church members move into the country, and it's further highlighted congregations where not all members speak English. For many, they would sit in the service and afterwards get a condensed version from someone bilingual, go into a different room during the service for a live in-person translation, or, for many, they would sit in the service and not be able to hear anything in their language. Langfinity has helped many of our congregations come together, and for each congregation to experience the service as one congregation together. What do you like best about Langfinity?

Langfinity makes it possible for families to fully participate in school events, regardless of the language they speak. We serve a large population of Spanish-speaking and English Learner families, and Langfinity allows parents to hear or read translations in real time during events like back-to-school night, award ceremonies, and graduation. Many people fear AI “taking their job”. But here is a real benefit of AI doing just that. Members coming to our church from diverse backgrounds, yet we don’t even have the infrastructure/personnel with the skills to be able to translate into their language so they can hear The Word. Any product has a learning curve, so while it’s not necessarily a “dislike”, we see it is difficult for some in the field to get the settings just right. Langfinity does provide us with the support we need, and is always willing to get on a video call with the field in order to demonstrate and educate us on the product. What do you like best about Langfinity?

Langfinity provides the most accurate real-time translation we have experienced for highly technical training. In the oil and gas industry, where we support complex machinery, manage long asset lifecycles, and rely on specialized terminology, precision in translation is essential.

A key advantage for us has been the option to fine-tune the model with our own documentation and knowledge base. This customization ensures that technical terms and concepts are translated correctly, raising accuracy to around 98%, which is a significant improvement over generic translation tools. As a result, our global customers and employees are able to better understand technical training, ask more informed questions, and participate with greater confidence.

Langfinity is by far the best application I’ve used for live-transcribing meetings in any language. The accuracy is outstanding, the interface is clean and intuitive, and it works seamlessly even in fast-paced discussions. There aren’t many downsides, but occasionally the transcript formatting could be more customizable—for example, adding clearer speaker separation or allowing users to adjust paragraph breaks. What do you like best about Langfinity?

We rely on Langfinity to coordinate between drivers, warehouse managers, and regional teams who all speak different languages. Before, we lost time clarifying instructions; now, everyone follows the same conversation in their own language with zero friction. The translation quality (especially for industry terms) is noticeably better than what we’ve seen in other tools. What do you dislike about Langfinity?
