**What do you like best about LANDED Hiring Software?**

Landed uses automation well for job posting and the selection process. It integrates well with job boards for advertising purposes and has a good reporting dashboard.

**What do you dislike about LANDED Hiring Software?**

Candidate tagging is a little clunky for talent pipelining purposes

**What problems is LANDED Hiring Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase in applicant numbers
Decrease in job posting times

**What do you like best about LANDED Hiring Software?**

The reporting function is useful, being able to track where applicants are coming from. 

**What do you dislike about LANDED Hiring Software?**

That candidates can't navigate back. Not being able to view CVs in Landed and go from one candidate to the next easily.

**What problems is LANDED Hiring Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much higher conversion from viewing to application.
