Usually the support team responds quickly, but I'm not sure if they are available during all of our working hours or only work PST business hours. Works okay for a single workflow that doesn't change often or at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system seems inflexible for Research or laboratories that change workflows, projects, instruments, or reagents even once a year. The system cannot accurately track volume used or volume remaining, and doesn't have functionality for storage tracking. There also seem to be a lot of bugs and it doesn't seem like the support team and coding engineers understand the needs of laboratories to the extent desired. Some requests are misunderstood and changes are deployed that do not resolve the initial issue, but can create more. The company should focus more on providing a fully functioning product, rather than use timeframes to determine roll-outs and deployments. If a product continues to not function, then they shouldn't say "the time you paid for completes on xxx date" but they should focus on functionality goals instead. The workflows aren't always intuitive and some steps are repetitive/redundant, where it would be ideal to remove some unneeded intermediate sorting workbooks.
