Their graph database architecture was especially appealing because it gave us the flexibility to build a highly customized integration that could adapt as our needs evolved. Their team was wonderful throughout the process -- responsive, collaborative, creative, and consistently available when we needed support. They gave us the autonomy to build what we wanted while providing guidance whenever we asked for it. The implementation speed was also a major advantage. We were fully up and running in user acceptance testing within five months. We handled the engineering work in-house and relied on their team primarily for consulting and implementation support, which speaks to how approachable and easy their architecture is to build against.

I like that it reduces that chance that I will enter items incorrectly. I like that if is designed for our workflow.

Usually the support team responds quickly, but I'm not sure if they are available during all of our working hours or only work PST business hours. Works okay for a single workflow that doesn't change often or at all.
