What do you like best about Kyan?

Kyan is a confidential and secure support for the mental wellbeing of our employees. It is user friendly. Employees and their families can access mental health resources completely confidentially, with end-to-end encryption and GDPR compliance.

We started with a pilot that was implemented in a record time as Kyan is prepared to present all required documentation for vendor qualification process, IT assessment, data privacy review and legal review. In 2 months we had the pilot active.

Kyan provides for a comprehensive mental wellbeing services with self-assessments to track mood and mental health, self-care practices like guided mindfulness, reflective exercises, and personalized courses and professional care through certified psychologists and coaches in 30+ languages, available globally. User support is also available and answers are very quick, very responsive team.

Kyan presents a preventative and holistic approach, moves beyond reactive Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to a preventive model, focusing on resilience, early intervention, and long-term wellbeing. We did had an EAP before for 4 years and now with Kyan, engagement rates are very high, we currently have more than 10% of our population using the solution. It covers the full spectrum: awareness, engagement, resilience, early intervention, and counseling.

Kyan also supports our business with predictive analytics helping anticipate risks like burnout and absenteeism.

What do you dislike about Kyan?

What do you like best about Kyan?

Kyan has become a little anchor of support for me. I feel I have a truly safe space with my therapist: she is always available, caring, and very competent, and that gives me confidence even in the most delicate moments.

"Convenient and easy to use app, full of resources and help"
What do you like best about Kyan?

Kyan is full of resources and tools that you can use on your own, or that your counselor can recommend for you through the chat. It is so easy to search through all of the great resources and find things that can have an immediate positive impact on your life.

Furthermore, searching for a professional that can help you with counseling and/or coaching is incredibly easy. Once you have connected with someone, setting up a time to meet with them virutally is simple and quick, they even offer several times to choose from that would work well with your schedule.

Overall, having a hassle-free program that helps with my mental health and career has been incredibly valuable. Being able to use the app when it fits my schedule and recieve such great advice from the professionals at Kyan has been life-changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyan?

The only downside is that I get logged out of my profile frequently, leading to consistently having to log back in under my company code. Not a huge deal, just doesn't seem necessary to be logged out so frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the sessions with the professionals — they are knowledgeable, supportive, and make the whole experience very valuable. While the sessions and interface are great, the AI talking tool ‘Kai’ could be improved to feel more natural and responsive. It would be helpful if Kai could provide deeper insights and smoother interactions to match the quality of the professional sessions. I want to say that I use Kyan for coaching and psychology sessions. The coaches there are 10/10.

It had helped me to progress through my career, understand work situations better, find explanations in myself.

It was difficult to start - I was like "is there something I can be coached on? Do I just tell about the problems? Do I need to use this opportunity at all?"

What do you like best about Kyan?

This was my first time ever going to therapy, and I’m really glad I started with the Kyan Health app. At first, I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but the app made everything feel approachable and easy to navigate.

Booking my first session was simple, and I appreciated how the platform gave me access to professional, qualified therapists without the stress of searching endlessly. The session itself went better than I imagined — my therapist was understanding, patient, and helped me feel comfortable opening up.

I also like that the app offers more than just therapy sessions. The resources, tools, and exercises available on Kyan Health give me extra support between appointments, which makes a big difference for me as a beginner in therapy.

There was an outage at one point, which was stressful when I had a session scheduled — preventing this in the future would make the experience much smoother. Also, while my therapist was excellent, it would be nice to see even more diversity in the pool of qualified therapists, so users can find someone who really fits their personal needs and background.
