I find Kyan as revolutionary in terms of accessing counsellors globally - the list of available trainers in different languages just in one app is something that definitely offers value to its users. Probably counselling is a service that feels different when it is online only, the physical connection is not established to open yourself sincerely, although it is a matter of perspective.
