What do you like best about Kumo HR?

Kumo HR brings everything into one place, which removes a lot of manual work and fragmentation across HR processes. The AI support is genuinely useful, helping with tasks like drafting feedback, managing policies, and guiding workflows without needing deep HR expertise. The platform is intuitive, and features like ATS, performance, and document management are well connected rather than siloed. What do you dislike about Kumo HR?

It’s a very advanced platform, but as a newer product there are still some areas being refined. Occasionally you’ll notice small UI inconsistencies or features that are still evolving as new modules are rolled out. That said, updates are frequent and it’s clear the product is improving quickly.
