"Streamlined Payments with Extraordinary Support"
What do you like best about Kulturra.com?

What I love the most about Kulturra.com is the support. The customer service is extraordinary, responsive, and agile. Whenever I have feature requests or edge cases that need to be addressed, they are incredibly on top of it. Also, the integration with Salesforce is seamless, making me feel very at ease about where the data is stored and how the data architecture is set up. Importing information into additional third-party tools for analytics is intuitive. It offers a wide range of functionalities, from refunds and online payment links to handling multiple payment methods, installments, credit memos, partial payments, and transactions through a physical terminal at retail stores. Kulturra.com covers a very large breadth of features and functionality built right into the platform. The initial setup was extremely easy, as they beat the timeline they set and did all the work, making it very easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?

I wish it was easier to change the design of payment links and invoices. It's not that it's that hard, but it is in Visualforce. So the easy levers for making changes are a very templated way, which has honestly gotten us 99% of where we need to be. But I wish I could just fully upload my own design and have a modern drag and drop native interface for changing what my customer-facing surface area looks like. What do you like best about Kulturra.com?

I had been using Payment Center in a large, publicly traded company for several years before I started by own business. Despite having extensive Salesforce experience from working with it in sales, I had little experience managing a Salesforce instance. I evaluated several payment apps before deciding Payment Center was a good fit anyway. It was extremely easy to implement and their support is top notch. This month is my 8 year anniversary of using it for my business and we have a team of sales people using it daily. We've processed 10s of thousands of transactions flawlessly through it. What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it. Several years ago, I started to have a need for a subscription mechanism and thought it would be handy for them to have it. Before I had a chance to even ask about it - they had already implemented it. I guess if I were to think of one thing - it would be that they lock-down several of the email templates. Fortunately, support was able to help me around that anyway... so the only minor issue I had was resolved within a quick email exchange with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kulturra.com?

We have used Payment Center at the European Tour for a number of years. They have been a great company to work with. The functionality meets our online payment requirements and has proven to be very robust.

The implementation was simple. Payment Center also assisted us with a custom build of a LWC page. The developer was excellent.

On the rare occassion that we have had to raise a ticket, they have been very responsive and assisted in quickly resolving any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kulturra.com?

We all love Kulturra's features in our SF org. The ability to include automatic invoice and CC capture in our training process allowed us to be more 'hands off' in accounting when it comes to our online Training Subscription. Also, we are able to quickly invoice customers who wish to pay via CC directly from their Quote in Salesforce. Just makes things much easier.

Lastly, we rarely use customer support, but when we do, they've been super responsive and very helpful. I really appreciate that they're there and ready to help when we needed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?

The ONE thing I don't like is that it says that we have 6 available licenses to payment center, but only have access to 4. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but it's a little frustrating that we don't have access to 2 licenses. But, that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
