The product is easy to use, it was a smooth implementation, the #1 item I love about Kulturra is the support. Jared is incredibly fast at answering any questions, always willing to jump on a call, and extremely easy to work with!

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

There is nothing I dislike at the moment. The product and team have been great and we have been using them for over a year.

**What problems is Kulturra.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used a product called Chargent which was a disaster. We have had the opposite experience with Kulturra, they fit all of our needs, as our business continues to evolve they continue to support us in any way needed from a payments standpoint.

**What do you like best about Kulturra.com?**

What I love the most about Kulturra.com is the support. The customer service is extraordinary, responsive, and agile. Whenever I have feature requests or edge cases that need to be addressed, they are incredibly on top of it. Also, the integration with Salesforce is seamless, making me feel very at ease about where the data is stored and how the data architecture is set up. Importing information into additional third-party tools for analytics is intuitive. It offers a wide range of functionalities, from refunds and online payment links to handling multiple payment methods, installments, credit memos, partial payments, and transactions through a physical terminal at retail stores. Kulturra.com covers a very large breadth of features and functionality built right into the platform. The initial setup was extremely easy, as they beat the timeline they set and did all the work, making it very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

I wish it was easier to change the design of payment links and invoices. It's not that it's that hard, but it is in Visualforce. So the easy levers for making changes are a very templated way, which has honestly gotten us 99% of where we need to be. But I wish I could just fully upload my own design and have a modern drag and drop native interface for changing what my customer-facing surface area looks like. I think that's also just a limitation of Salesforce.

I use Kulturra.com to receive payments within Salesforce, easily reconcile invoices, and manage payments, avoiding long integration timelines with third-party vendors. It simplifies my life by integrating all these functions on the same platform.

**What do you like best about Kulturra.com?**

We have been using Kulturra for more than eight years now. The system is extremely user-friendly, even with its vast customizable features, making it accessible and usable for organizations new to Salesforce administrative applications. Kulturra's support is outstanding, with response times that are fast. The support team consistently shows deep product knowledge, providing clear and actionable solutions without relying on generic canned scripts or requiring lengthy back-and-forth communication. I highly recommend Kulturra to any organization using Salesforce.

We have not experienced any downsides with Kulturra product or services.

Prior to the implementation of Kulturra,  our invoicing process were siloed by different applications was vary manual to balance all activity taking days to validate month end activity. With Kulturra, we were able to implement automated payments through installment processing, in addition to automating month end activity. This has saved countless hours resulting in not having to chase thousands of dollars in payments and hours of balancing activity each and every month.

**What do you like best about Kulturra.com?**

I had been using Payment Center in a large, publicly traded company for several years before I started by own business. Despite having extensive Salesforce experience from working with it in sales, I had little experience managing a Salesforce instance. I evaluated several payment apps before deciding Payment Center was a good fit anyway. It was extremely easy to implement and their support is top notch. This month is my 8 year anniversary of using it for my business and we have a team of sales people using it daily. We've processed 10s of thousands of transactions flawlessly through it.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it. Several years ago, I started to have a need for a subscription mechanism and thought it would be handy for them to have it. Before I had a chance to even ask about it - they had already implemented it. I guess if I were to think of one thing - it would be that they lock-down several of the email templates. Fortunately, support was able to help me around that anyway... so the only minor issue I had was resolved within a quick email exchange with support.

**What problems is Kulturra.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a solution to manage payments inside of Salesforce. Kulturra had all the features I needed to launch my business and help get it to where it is today. 

The beauty of it is that it works with many different payment processors and it's easy to switch on the fly if needed. Major benefit of this is that I can use a low cost payment provider and on the rare occasion there is an issue with that payment provider - I can swap payment providers on the fly.

We have used Payment Center at the European Tour for a number of years. They have been a great company to work with. The functionality meets our online payment requirements and has proven to be very robust.
The implementation was simple. Payment Center also assisted us with a custom build of a LWC page. The developer was excellent.
On the rare occassion that we have had to raise a ticket, they have been very responsive and assisted in quickly resolving any issues.

Allows our organisation to take multiple payments at the click of just a few buttons. It also enables us to take ad-hoc payments.

**What do you like best about Kulturra.com?**

We all love Kulturra's features in our SF org. The ability to include automatic invoice and CC capture in our training process allowed us to be more 'hands off' in accounting when it comes to our online Training Subscription. Also, we are able to quickly invoice customers who wish to pay via CC directly from their Quote in Salesforce. Just makes things much easier.
Lastly, we rarely use customer support, but when we do, they've been super responsive and very helpful. I really appreciate that they're there and ready to help when we needed them.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

The ONE thing I don't like is that it says that we have 6 available licenses to payment center, but only have access to 4. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but it's a little frustrating that we don't have access to 2 licenses. But, that's it.

Just the huge time suck of manually invoicing customers and entering data. It's preventing human errors and helping make things much more effecient and organized.

We evaluated a lot of billing apps and this fitted our business framework. We use this mainly for our subscription services. The app settings, object definitions, the processors it supports were setup efficiently. It's also easy to integrate and add enhancements on top of it.

Apart from that, the support team is really helpful. They are very responsive and on-top of our urgent issues.

After having just been promoted to Manager of Salesforce Development our Payment Center Crashed and did not process the monthly payments, so not good and I having never interacted with the Payment Center reached out to the support email and Jessica took every question I had and answered it no matter how trivial it might have been. She even had a zoom call with us. Over the next 5 days I asked many questions on many subjects because I was only 4 days experienced with the Payment Center app. By the end of the 4th day, she had me pretty well sorted out and between the answers I received and the reading I did I have the Auto Payments running again and will be doing a data load to update the next month's invoices with the correct amounts after the failure this month. I would not have made it through this issue in the this short of time with out the help of the Kulturra support team.

**What do you like best about Kulturra.com?**

We have been running with Payment Center for well over 3 years now and our team is extremely pleased.  Our previous system required a number of manual actions users had to take to manage our business which are now running automatically through the Kulturra application.  We have tried several other “native” and integrated applications in our Salesforce instance and none were as strong and consistent as Kulturra’s Payment Center.  The Support team has been outstanding.  Response time is excellent and their ability to understand our complex business needs and make adjustments (big and small) has saved us and our customers so much time and frustration.

Since the Support team is always quick to respond and assist, I do not have any negatives at this time.

Proper management of one-time invoicing and payments as well as recurring invoicing and payments has saved us time and avoided errors.

It is VERY easy to configure, easy to administer, and easy to maintain long term. The support is FANTASTIC and very quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

Sometimes has the quirky vague error message that doesn't make a lot of sense, requiring a support ticket.

**What problems is Kulturra.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a small independent consulting firm and really wanted an "on platform" invoicing and payment collection application. I didn't want to purchase something like Quickbooks, etc and have to also purchase an integration tool to marry up Salesforce and QBO. 

Kulturra allows me to not only generate invoices VERY easily within Salesforce, but automates reminders for collections and payments, and makes it very easy for my clients to pay me since it is capable to work with several payment processors. 

I'm easily able to send invoices and collect payments with no hassle.

I think the most helpful is the support documentation on their official website. I mean the best is it provides the detail step by step, it helps you figure it out what should do with different options.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

Not really experience that much, I believe it alwasy has improvment space there. I want to suggest that add a note field in refund/void process, the note will show on the Autherize.net side, it will easy for our accouting to check the information there, instead of the invoice name.

Nothing! It works well, costs less than the alternative and comes with truly first rate support!

Kulturra Payement Center can do every kind of payment processing imaginable. We can process credit cards, ACH, downpayments on terms, recurring sheduled payments, you name it! We have an unusual discount strcuture which has made our Salesforce set up and implementation difficult, but Kulturra has been the outstanding partner throughout. They have gone to grreat lengths to ensure that we are able to use thier product and get full value from it! Highly reccommend!

As a Salesforce Consultant, I always look for applications with a flexible feature set and a strong support team. I found both with Kulturra and would gladly work with them again!

There was a limitation with one of their pre-built payment pages we ran into during initial setup, but support was able to help us find a solution that fit our clients needs in the end.

We needed an app that could be linked to a tax calculator (vertex/avalara) and an application form with e-signature. The solutions required some API connectivity to string together multiple steps across several apps that culminated in the final payments page containing all relevant data.

We've had a great experience with the Kulturra team, including implementation and updates.The support team is always extremely quick to respond - truly next level support in terms of response time and going above and beyond to troubleshoot. They've also helped us come up with solutions to our evolving invoicing needs. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

We have not experienced any downsides with Kulturra.

Our invoicing was manual prior to the implementation of Kulturra. With Kulturra, we were able to implement automated payments through recurring invoices. This has saved countless hours - and resulted in not having to chase tens of thousands of dollars in payments.

I like that there support will work with you to set up your edge cases if you have special requierments.

**What do you dislike about Kulturra.com?**

I don't like that you have to reset the security token after around 180 days but that's also just a QBO issue. Also there are times when I need a support engineer to give me a more detailed answer but they can only really offer me a support article.

It helps us intigrate our Sales with QBO and save time manually entering in accounting.

The support team is extremely quick to respond to any question I have! They are so helpful in breaking down the items and explaining situations that come up.

While it has a ton of customizable features, I do wish their invoice could be modified a bit more. Otherwise, it's great!

**What problems is Kulturra.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our recurring invoicing process is much smoother. The reporting is great. And soon we will be using the invoice system for all of our proposals.

Customer service is amazing!  Whenever there is an issue its fixed quickly.  Communication is great!

I dislike nothing... it's super easy and makes my day easier.
