
What I love the most about Kulturra.com is the support. The customer service is extraordinary, responsive, and agile. Whenever I have feature requests or edge cases that need to be addressed, they are incredibly on top of it. Also, the integration with Salesforce is seamless, making me feel very at ease about where the data is stored and how the data architecture is set up. Importing information into additional third-party tools for analytics is intuitive. It offers a wide range of functionalities, from refunds and online payment links to handling multiple payment methods, installments, credit memos, partial payments, and transactions through a physical terminal at retail stores. Kulturra.com covers a very large breadth of features and functionality built right into the platform. I wish it was easier to change the design of payment links and invoices. It's not that it's that hard, but it is in Visualforce. So the easy levers for making changes are a very templated way, which has honestly gotten us 99% of where we need to be. But I wish I could just fully upload my own design and have a modern drag and drop native interface for changing what my customer-facing surface area looks like.
