What I like most about KrispCall is that the calling workflow feels simple and organized. What do you dislike about KrispCall? The main downside for me is that some of the more advanced options take a little time to get familiar with. I’d also like to see a wider range of integrations, more flexibility in some calling workflows, and clearer AI features. The overall performance has been good, but the pricing can feel less compelling when you’re not using all the available features. It gives me a central place to handle contacts, campaigns, and calling activities instead of keeping everything separate. The Power Dialer helps make repetitive calling more efficient, while the interface keeps the workflow easy to follow. Connectivity is clear and flawless. The calling rates are also very affordable, and it can be used to verify a WhatsApp Business account as well as other social media accounts. Highly recommended. The UI/UX of the dialer and dashboard is very user-friendly and easy to understand. I’ve also contacted the support team, and they made the onboarding process so simple that anyone can complete it in just a few minutes. additional benefit is it's AI and intelligence integrated into the system as it's an icing on the top. integrating the system with other tools is also very easy. Whenever we open a live chat ticket, we get a real, helpful human who stays on the line until the issue is completely resolved rather than throwing generic help docs at us. Pipedrive connects well and that's the main thing for us. Calls save to the right deal on their own, no one has to add anything. Finding the right settings take more clicks than it should. It works fine once you know where to look but it took some time to figure out. I work from the Philippines and had to call US numbers like government, private individuals, and companies. KrsipCall made my work lighter as it is easy to use. Very reliable for my work setup as I need to connect to clients and customers overseas. It is also cheap to call. I've used it for multiple hours already, and I just used around $10 credits. KrispCall made it relatively easy to purchase a Brisbane local number and receive calls through the mobile app while overseas. The app-based calling feature is the main value for me, since it allows someone in Australia to dial a local number while I can answer from another country over Wi-Fi or mobile data. The support team was also responsive during setup and helped investigate a billing issue after I provided call details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about KrispCall? The onboarding and billing transparency could be improved. It was not immediately clear that Australian local numbers require verification, or exactly how charges would be calculated for inbound calls. During testing, some inbound calls from a Brisbane landline were initially charged at a much higher rate because the caller appeared as “anonymous.” Support investigated and credited the overcharge, which I appreciated, but I had to spend significant time analyzing the call detail report and following up. KrispCall is helping solve the problem of staying reachable through a local Australian number while living overseas and traveling frequently. In my case, the main benefit is that a family member in Brisbane can dial a local 07 number and reach me through the mobile app, without needing to understand international dialing or use a separate app. It also has potential value for future Brisbane-based business contacts, since it creates a local point of contact while I remain based in Japan.
