Customer Success ManagerEnterprise (> 1000 emp.)Quality Products, Easy Ordering Portal, and a Responsive Kotis Team
Kotis design always has quality products at good prices. Their design team is great with placing logos and images in the best spot on products. The Kotis portal is straightforward and easy to use. The Kotis team is very responsive and supportive when I have questions or need support. I like that I can trust that Kotis will get the products I order to me accurately and on time.

Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)Friendly Team, Efficient System, Easy Setup
I really appreciate Kotis Design's team; they're very friendly and easy to work with, which makes my experience enjoyable. They're fast and have good systems in place, which boosts efficiency. They're open to feedback, ensuring our needs are met, and they continue to enhance their products and services. I find features like showcases, inventory management, and different reports crucial in tracking budgets and managing my 50 events a year. Inventory alerts keep me updated with what's going on, and their reporting features help with quarterly reporting and budgeting. The setup process with Kotis Design was very easy, and the knowledgeable team walked us through everything, which was extremely helpful.
