I really appreciate Kotis Design's team; they're very friendly and easy to work with, which makes my experience enjoyable. They're fast and have good systems in place, which boosts efficiency. They're open to feedback, ensuring our needs are met, and they continue to enhance their products and services. I find features like showcases, inventory management, and different reports crucial in tracking budgets and managing my 50 events a year. Inventory alerts keep me updated with what's going on, and their reporting features help with quarterly reporting and budgeting. The setup process with Kotis Design was very easy, and the knowledgeable team walked us through everything, which was extremely helpful.
