# Do you plan to add a form or survey feature?

Would love the option to survey employees before ordering swag and not have them go through the checkout process.

Hey Justine - we&#39;ve had that request come through a couple times, and it definitely would be helpful. We do have a service called the iBuy that acts as a pre-order sign up link. It&#39;s open for a period of time, after which we close the link and only make the items that were ordered. It doesn&#39;t function exactly like a survey, but depending on your use case, could solve the challenge. We&#39;d be happy to walk you through it!
