After a one-time $2,500 setup fee, your swag program runs for FREE when you meet the standard $5,000 quarterly swag spend. That means your ongoing budget goes to product and shipping, not extra software or warehouse fees. This keeps pricing simple, transparent, and swag-focused. This pricing structure applies to Standard, Premium, and Enterprise clients. Core clients can also work with Kotis on one-time swag projects without ongoing contract commitments, platform fees, or quarterly spend requirements. A $500 minimum order is required. What I really appreciate is that we didn't have much team swag before, but now everyone on the team has a branded product thanks to Kotis. Also, the initial setup of Kotis Design was very easy! I like the quick timing on everything from Kotis Design, as items usually take just 2-3 weeks to be delivered to our office. I also appreciate the vast selection of products and the different brands available for selection. Regarding the note about print clarity on some of the smaller, lower‑cost items: totally fair callout. Detailed logos can be harder to print cleanly on smaller imprint areas. To ensure you’re happy with your order, we can provide free samples and pre‑production photos so you can see the item and print quality before anything goes to full production.
