## About Korture Hiring
Korture Hiring measures will, not just skill. Your interviews already tell you a candidate can do the job. Korture tells you who will keep doing the hard parts 90 days in, long after the new-job glow fades. Paste a job description and Korture maps the role in about two minutes. Role Shape names the few behavioral demands the role actually runs on, flags the make-or-break parts, and tells you how hard that shape will be to fill before you post it. Candidate Scan sends candidates a 7-minute scan, no account needed, and groups them by how their interest lines up with what the role runs on: wired for this work, wired for parts of it, or wired for different work. Different is never a grade on the person, it is congruence to this one role. Interview Playbook turns the same reading into a structured interview: the areas to dig into, two ways to ask about each, and what a strong answer sounds like, so every candidate gets the same questions. Every read traces back to the job description it came from. Role data is owned and published by the US Department of Labor (O\*NET), and the scoring science is verified by IIM Bangalore. No personality test, no guessing at culture, no scores on people. Your first role is free, including scans for up to 10 candidates. After that it is $4 per completed scan, with no subscription, no per-seat pricing, and no annual minimum. Works alongside any ATS through an API, plus an MCP server.

**What do you like best about Korture Hiring?**

It was simple and easy to understand how to map a profile against a role and the score gave me a good comparison point. I also got the questions I can ask a candidate to judge how they fare for the role and what to watch out for. Most of us are not experts at taking interviews and learn based on our own experiences which are very varied. This tool is also helping me be better at taking an interview and also avoid the costly mistake of hiring someone who might not be a good fit or help me understand what areas I need to support this candidate. I used it for myself also to see how I fare against the role I play and frankly it was quite magical and rewarding. The questionnaire was fun and easy and didn't take too long.

I recommend everyone out there to try to tool and hire right! Culture fit and a skill fit is extremely important. After all, you want work done and done well, right?
