There&#39;s a specific worst-case worth naming that sits outside what any of these ratings can actually speak to. Remote management tools generally need the device powered on and network-connected to receive commands, so a genuinely offline or bricked endpoint, arguably the most likely failure mode on a distributed fleet with no local IT to physically check on it, is invisible to AirDroid or any of these tools equally, regardless of rating. &quot;Highest rated for remote management&quot; is a real signal for the day-to-day case, but it can&#39;t speak to the specific scenario a no-on-site-staff team is most exposed to, since that scenario is defined by exactly the condition, an unreachable device, that puts it outside what remote tooling can fix at all.
