## About KonstructIQ
KonstructIQ is an AI-powered construction management platform that helps remodelers, builders, contractors and the trades, manage their jobs from the initial estimate, all the way to the final payment. Contractors face the exceedingly difficult problem every day of trying to juggle all the nuance of the field, with increasing complexity of the back office, and everything in between. Often this leads to a lack of insight into profitability, poor communication with the client, the business owner and subs, or in the worst case, not even winning the job in the first place because it took too long to estimate. KonstructIQ looks to solve all of this by building a platform that helps at every step of the way. Initial estimates can take anywhere from hours to days, but with AI-estimating, a brief description of the job and it's location gives you a line-item breakdown estimate, with labor and materials, ready to send to the client. Once approved, this estimate immediately becomes your budget, from which future change orders, bills and invoices get paid. With embedded payment systems in the platform you can pay your vendors and subs the way they want to get paid. ACH, check, debit and credit are all natively embedded into the platform so you always have direct insight into project profitability. During the project we're leveraging AI and automation throughout to save you time and make the process easier. Receive a bill via email? Automatically adjust your budget to account for it. With time tracking, scheduling, daily logs, all powered by AI, you're able to get back in the field and out of the office, all while growing your business.

**What do you like best about KonstructIQ?**

The platform’s functionality, along with the accuracy of its estimates and takeoffs, has been solid and reliable. implementation in to the business was very easy. Support is always available to answer questions. Very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about KonstructIQ?**

Some cost estimates are based on national averages, so local pricing may differ, but it’s easy to adjust.

**What problems is KonstructIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The estimation time frame has been cut down to minutes instead of days.
