A consistent part of our marketing strategy YOY is increasing fan engagement and improving the fan experience. Komo has been instrumental in supporting our efforts to do this in one of areas our fans used to rate us extremely poorly: our mobile app. In the past two years since implimenting Komo (which was super easy to do BTW), we've seen an increase in downloads, screen views, and average time per session within the app. Our fan feedback on our app has been more positive than ever and they're enjoying engaging with our brand in a fun and meaningful way. My team really enjoys working with their team and appreciates that they're open to all of our ideas for improvement and creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
