It has been a bit limiting not being able to score the attributes ourselves. This means that the evaluation of our suppliers and fine-tuning of how to assess each question takes longer time then it needs to. It would have been much better if we as users could set and fine-tune scores ourselves.

KH has the ability to offer an end-to-end solution, supporting you every step of the way, from reviewing a potential supplier, during evaluation/auditing, onboarding and eventually operational performance.

A thorough evaluation on our end showed KH was the best choice in terms of what we need; straight forward data and evaluation without overcomplicating the product.

The best thing about Kodiak is that it is easy to use and to understand. Most functions are intuitive and the visual side of it is nice. Also, the Kodiak team is helpful and approacheable and help is often offered fast if needed. Further, it is a plus that the platform evolves a lot depending on market trends and demands. For example, AI is now being more integrated in the platform and new tools to handle increasing regulatory demands are added as needed. A challenge for us when it comes to Kodiak is our complex company structure. We are a 100+ company group who are operating very decentralized but at the same time aiming to use Kodiak in a streamlined way, creating in-group synergies. The support and help we get from the Kodiak team to make this a reality is good, and we hope that the platform can evolve even more in the future with solutions for company groups like our own. The most helpful thing I like about Kodiak Hub is that I can easily schedule campaigns and get a report of that campaign and the data. The platform is easy to use, especially the Assessment Module. There should be a feature wherein the past data can be stored, and for the same attributes, we can get the update response so that we can measure the progress for against the same attribute. The breadth of data that can be tracked on the system is large, with opportunities to add anything that you wish could be included. The 'intelligence' function in particular doesn't leave much to be desired, with a myriad of tables and reports that can be created to best suit a particular business need. There has been an occasional misinterpretation of data by the system, such as a suppliers not having the correct ratings from their PQQs, however this was rectified by the team with no trouble at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
