Kodiak Hub gives us one place to manage supplier information, assessments, documents and due diligence. It is much better than trying to manage this through spreadsheets, emails and folders. The reminders and document control are useful, especially for things like certificates, supplier questionnaires and evidence. It also gives better visibility of supplier information and helps keep things more controlled. The support from the Kodiak team has also been very good. We have had the odd issue with the submit button, but nothing major. The scoring can also be a bit complicated at first, so it is important to understand how it works before rolling it out wider. It is extremely user-friendly, even for those outside of Procurement who may not use it as often. The best feature is how clearly it shows the percentage score for each answer, by category, and overall. This information can also be exported as a PDF to share with stakeholders, which is useful because it helps validate any potential risks with a particular supplier. From a personal perspective—and this is really just nit-picking—I wish the colours related to the score were red, amber, and green, rather than orange, blue and green. Key implementation highlights include: Establishing internal processes for supplier approval, with integrated supplier questionnaires. Management of food safety certifications, vital for the food industry. Performance evaluations of suppliers, with KPIs developed in Kodiak, benefiting procurement, quality, and sustainability functions. KH has the ability to offer an end-to-end solution, supporting you every step of the way, from reviewing a potential supplier, during evaluation/auditing, onboarding and eventually operational performance. A thorough evaluation on our end showed KH was the best choice in terms of what we need; straight forward data and evaluation without overcomplicating the product. For example, AI is now being more integrated in the platform and new tools to handle increasing regulatory demands are added as needed.
