What I like about the Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud it is one platform that allows you to store, decision on, present, and analyze loyalty data to support your loyalty program(s). The platform is easily configurable to meet your various business needs, thus decreasing the time to get into market with promotions, bonuses, and member communications. In addition, Rewards Marketplace offers a variety of redemption options that can be configured to keep your members engaged. Also, the integrated Loyalty Intelligence Dashboard can quickly provide marketers with insight into member engagement and the overall health of the program(s). Easy to use customer loyalty program. Makes managing loyalty accounts easy. You can track points, rewards, and see customer purchases. Makes tailoring marketing campaigns easier by tracking customer data. Easy to verify customer purchases with date/time/items purchased. You can use it to run LTO or promotions. Great integration with our POS system. Easy to set up employee users and define their roles within your organization, which allows you to set limitations to what your employees can access or change. Can be buggy at times. We consistently have issues where it doesn't recognize passwords and then we are forced to reset them. Sometimes the custom date feature bugs out and we have to log out and log in to resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like ease of being able to search accounts in Kobie. I like that it is easy ti create user profiles for the client that Kobie host. The layout of Kobie is simple and easy for me to teach my agents how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
