What I like best about K-NOW is how seamlessly it supports users directly within their applications. The step-by-step, contextual guidance helps people complete tasks without leaving their workflow or constantly relying on training materials or support teams.
It’s easy to use, unobtrusive, and particularly valuable when onboarding new users or rolling out new processes. It helps users become more autonomous while reducing errors and making day-to-day use of business applications much smoother.
I also appreciate the ability to monitor usage and identify where users may still need support, which makes K-NOW more than just a guidance tool—it helps us continuously improve digital adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much to dislike overall. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that creating more advanced guidance scenarios can require some initial learning to fully understand all the possibilities and configuration options.
Once you become familiar with the platform, it gets much easier, but additional best-practice examples and ready-to-use templates could make the initial setup even faster.
That said, this is a relatively minor point compared with the value K-NOW provides in helping users become more autonomous and comfortable with business applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
