Configurability was a big draw for me to Kneat. Being able to replicate paper based documentation into the modern digital platform made it far easier to transition users, and took away the "fear factor" of making such a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only part of Kneat I found to be challenging was working through the configuration as there was so many options to go through and evaluate. Kneat Gx has transformed validation from a document-driven process into a data-driven workflow. Real-time execution and parallel review has been significantly reduce cycle times and eliminate manual handovers. It also has enables right-first-time execution, improved data integrity (ALCOA+) and provides full traceability across the lifecycle. It also supports a CSA approach by focusing on critical testing and intended use, rather than excessive documentation. I like that Kneat Gx consolidates all information in one place, making it easier to manage and customize the formats we were used to. I'm also interested in the upcoming features around CSA because we're in the process of transitioning from CSV to CSA. I think the integration with ServiceNow could be better. I want to get some data from our CMDB displayed in Kneat Gx without edit rights since the CMDB is the master. I love that Kneat Gx allows us to go paperless, which aligns perfectly with our company's goals. I appreciate the control and visibility into documentation it offers, as well as the traceability. We can control access, document layouts and templates, and enforce specific rules such as required approvals. It allows us to work faster without having to recreate the same content, and we can review and approve documents quicker and simultaneously (no longer a step-wise process). Document searchability needs to be improved. Also, automatic report generation could be very important. It should be easier to search through document sections for a word without having to scroll all the sections. Automatic reporting must be aware of the test executed and the state of those tests. I like that Kneat Gx has the fluency of changing based on customer feedback, which engages features useful for speeding up our processes. I find it user friendly. I use Kneat Gx for equipment validation and CSV. I love how it streamlines processes and links everything together. The intuitive UI is really great, making it easier for someone like me who's used to paper processes, because it's not too complex compared to other systems. I like how easy Kneat Gx is to use by people with different levels of technological savviness in our organization, once it is set up. I also value the ability to report on our processes and understand how the documents are being used. I enjoy the global repository feature in Kneat Gx, which allows us to leverage work from other sites. The paperless signal locations make handling paperwork much more manageable.
