Kneat has allowed us to turn our paper-based CSV validation process into one that is fully digital. Our users appreciate the enforced compliance and transparency of project documentation, the ease of accessing project deliverables, as well as performing reviews and approvals. There really is not anything that I dislike about Kneat Gx. Of course, as with any robust business application, configuration of our business processes does take time to plan, develop, and deploy. However, small changes over time are not labor-intensive, and the interface is pleasant to work in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Configurability was a big draw for me to Kneat. Being able to replicate paper based documentation into the modern digital platform made it far easier to transition users, and took away the "fear factor" of making such a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only part of Kneat I found to be challenging was working through the configuration as there was so many options to go through and evaluate. Thankfully, their implementation team was stellar to work with, and made the integration process very streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kneat Gx has transformed validation from a document-driven process into a data-driven workflow. Real-time execution and parallel review has been significantly reduce cycle times and eliminate manual handovers. It also has enables right-first-time execution, improved data integrity (ALCOA+) and provides full traceability across the lifecycle. It also supports a CSA approach by focusing on critical testing and intended use, rather than excessive documentation. Overall, it has removed validation as a bottleneck and positions it as an enabler for faster project delivery and NPI readiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

N/A - there are no significant dislikes to note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Kneat Gx consolidates all information in one place, making it easier to manage and customize the formats we were used to. I'm also interested in the upcoming features around CSA because we're in the process of transitioning from CSV to CSA. This shift allows us to focus more on the areas with greater value, while speeding up our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the integration with ServiceNow could be better. I want to get some data from our CMDB displayed in Kneat Gx without edit rights since the CMDB is the master. Also, I'd like to share data with the CMDB where Kneat is the master. Editing with TrackChanges during reviews is also an area that needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Kneat Gx allows us to go paperless, which aligns perfectly with our company's goals. I appreciate the control and visibility into documentation it offers, as well as the traceability. We can control access, document layouts and templates, and enforce specific rules such as required approvals. It allows us to work faster without having to recreate the same content, and we can review and approve documents quicker and simultaneously (no longer a step-wise process). The initial setup process was rather simple considering the scope and timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The editor and review panel could both be more user friendly. Data availability and shareability (e.g., talking to other systems) need improvement as Kneat seems to lack a good solution for interfacing with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Kneat Gx helps me standardize, as we have five plants with their own protocols and tests, and it is helping us a lot with that. I also appreciate not having to use paper, the simplicity of the workflow and signatures. Moreover, mapping is the most important thing for me because it allows interconnecting documents and evidence. Despite the initial setup being complicated without prior knowledge, the Kneat team made it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The management of blueprints and DWG is crucial for any engineering department, but it needs improvements. At first, without knowing how to use Kneat Gx, it is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Kneat Gx easy to use and user-friendly. I appreciate its GxP compliance, as it simplifies collecting data and documents in one place. It makes it faster to collect signatures for approvals and helps deploy a standard across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Document searchability needs to be improved. Also, automatic report generation could be very important. It should be easier to search through document sections for a word without having to scroll all the sections. Automatic reporting must be aware of the test executed and the state of those tests. The initial setup was kinda hard at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Kneat Gx has the fluency of changing based on customer feedback, which engages features useful for speeding up our processes. I find it user friendly. The setup and execution of the project was simple and well managed by the Kneat team, which I really appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When reviewing documents, it would be better to be able to edit documents directly instead of just making comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Kneat Gx for equipment validation and CSV. I love how it streamlines processes and links everything together. The intuitive UI is really great, making it easier for someone like me who's used to paper processes, because it's not too complex compared to other systems. The shared attributes feature is another aspect I enjoy because it saves time. Additionally, the project team was so helpful during the setup, which made it easy. Setting up workspaces and templates takes time, but it's not a huge deal since it doesn't need updating after that. I also would like to integrate with Blue Mountain or Veeva, but it's not possible currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
