**What do you like best about Klondike?**

Klondike's chatbot has simplified and automated customer service management in my company, offering an intuitive interaction and significantly improving the user experience. Automated responses reduce response times to customers, who end up being more satisfied. Very efficient customer support. I integrated it with vtenext very easily, and it allows me to import leads from the chatbot automatically.

**What do you dislike about Klondike?**

An initial investment of time is required to set up and optimize the processes according to the specific needs of the company, but once the algorithms are trained, they work efficiently and autonomously.
