**What do you like best about Next Matter?**

This application is the best workflow management that empowers our business to map, track, and automate processes. We could integrate with SharePoint which helps us to have a data list of information that came from NM (which is super helpful for our team). It is easy to use and not need coding to create the workflow for our team. the NM support team always supports any changes and Errors we get through making the automation.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

There is some area of improvement that will help this application to work better for our company.
the following improvement in Next Matter will be helpful for existing internal and external EMV users:
Capability to save the form for external users (External users currently can not save information in the form for completing the form)
Capability to edit mistakes happens accidentally in instances for Internal users
Capability to hide automation steps to make the process shorter and simple for the internal users (we currently lock the automation steps to show internal users not to take action on them, but still have a lot of steps visible in the process)
Capability for printing or saving as PDF form for Internal/external users (users currently can not save/ print information in the form)

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email automation, recieve notifications, creating forms for internal and external users and integration with the SharePoint lists helps us to save a lot of time in our company.

**What do you like best about Next Matter?**

The variable pace with which the NM team move. If there is a desire to move at 100 mph then this can happen, however, when there are times when we need a little more time to work on processes they take the time to move at your pace. The team are also incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to be adaptable and help when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

Honestly very little. A couple more degrees of access levels would be great but apart from that, they are an amazing team working on a deeply useful product. Great team!

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations are being solved and worked on. This is expected but they are being very proactive with it. They are working hard to get NM integrated with Front so we can view processes in the side bar.

Processes are transparent; no step will be overlooked or skipped. NextMatter place of me  registers data and writes emails. Is it amazing? You can be m ore faster as ussual.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

You must have a lot of patience since finding an excellent NM builder takes time. But arranging daily building session will deefinitely help you.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more manual e-mails wiriting. All steps in place, nothing can be skipped. All employees are informed immediately about everything. We are much more faster reacting on things to do.

The ease of use and flow creation, the dashboard, the timeliness of improvements, the openness of accepting feedback.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

Integrations are more complex, and the training material is not existent or readily available, requiring more support. Support is generally timely but in different time zones, so everything takes a day.

The bigger the process, the slower it loads. Seeing significant lag lately.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forms for external users and data transfer / integrations.

- easy to develop own processes without own technical knowledge
- incredible customer service that answers within minutes and checks if there is a bug in your process
- flexible process set ups

- some useful tools are missing as being able to implement a Four eye check in the processes
- sometimes the processes miss to have more flexibilty. It is mostly a process for linear processes

**What do you like best about Next Matter?**

The tool itself is incredibly user-friendly. The team did an excellent job during the onboarding process training us on how to use it and answering all questions, so now it's very easy to build new flows and processes for our company. I think that training part of the onboarding was really key to our success and adoption of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

There's a need to learn json in order to do some of the more technical steps and integrations, and as someone with no technical background that can be challenging - for example, when sending automated emails, I need to know some code to be able to set it up. It's easy enough to work around by copy/pasting from prior flows, but that is an area that takes time to learn.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us onboard new clients much faster and more efficiently, and allowing one person to support more clients than they would without the tool. It's providing our organization more transparency into our processes and help standardizing them across departments.

Next Matter is very easy to use. Regardless of the device. Additionally, it is very easy to create processes and can be integrated with other software products.

Since 2018, we have been working with Next Matter and regularly exchanging ideas. New ideas are taken up and implemented very well.

It is very simple. Clear and quick to operate. We can make changes in the process at any time, without help. Thus, very flexible and very efficient.

The system is pretty straight forward. Without any additional training, it's possible to just start using it and understand it.

Sometimes it's not as easy to search for something specific.

Cooperation between different departments in the company, making sure that an onboarding process of an employee goes smooth and all the steps are visible and followed.

Next Matter team is always available and willing to help problem solve and help us get the most out of the platform. They connect with us in Slack and are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

I think there needs to be some more advanced flows that integrate multiple downlines. Just having a more advanced workflow builder is a critical next step for NextMatter.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tons of work around onboarding and also just in general project management. I feel we have probably not had to hire several project coordination type roles because of the NextMatter tool.

It has been improving constantly which is very helpful. Many new features have been added which has made it much easier to use the software.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

The way data is presented in task list is still a bit unpolished and very difficult to read at times. Also, it is not easy to export the data into an Excel sheet.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping streamline the sell-out reporting process for us by offering an automated flow which alerts concerned users at the required stage for their input.

You can predefine inputfields, file uploads, e.g. and define the information flows between departments, enforcing standardized workflows.

That the photos are deleted if the website reloads. And sometimes they're completely gone.

NextMatter is a brilliant tool and is creating a solution for multiple areas of our business. It is straightforward to use and very adaptable!

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

Team collaboration on a workflow isn't too straightforward and requires a lot of workarounds. This won't be an issue for some business but does bring some for us.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Next Matter allows us to automate and streamline processes in multiple areas of our business to free up time elsewhere.

Next Matter saves a lot of work (busywork) and makes the process much simpler. The process is customized according to my wishes. I especially like the weekly exchange to improve the process. And that I can even make changes myself according to my wishes.

**What do you dislike about Next Matter?**

There is always room for improvement at the beginning and it is a bit confusing. However, you quickly get into the flow.

**What problems is Next Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were always problems before with careless mistakes or that something was forgotten. This can no longer happen thanks to the structured and automatic process with Next Matter. We had to fill out various lists and mistakes kept happening here. That is over now.

Automizing manual processes - we reduce the basic 'stupid task' and allow for more time on the complex task for the employee. plus: We can 'prove' that certain tasks were done or certain approvals by a customer f.x. has been collected
