What do you like best about Next Matter?

This application is the best workflow management that empowers our business to map, track, and automate processes. We could integrate with SharePoint which helps us to have a data list of information that came from NM (which is super helpful for our team). It is easy to use and not need coding to create the workflow for our team. the NM support team always supports any changes and Errors we get through making the automation.

What do you dislike about Next Matter?

There is some area of improvement that will help this application to work better for our company.

the following improvement in Next Matter will be helpful for existing internal and external EMV users:

Capability to save the form for external users (External users currently can not save information in the form for completing the form)

Capability to edit mistakes happens accidentally in instances for Internal users

Capability to hide automation steps to make the process shorter and simple for the internal users (we currently lock the automation steps to show internal users not to take action on them, but still have a lot of steps visible in the process)

Capability for printing or saving as PDF form for Internal/external users (users currently can not save/ print information in the form) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Next Matter?

The variable pace with which the NM team move. If there is a desire to move at 100 mph then this can happen, however, when there are times when we need a little more time to work on processes they take the time to move at your pace. What do you dislike about Next Matter?

Integrations are more complex, and the training material is not existent or readily available, requiring more support. Support is generally timely but in different time zones, so everything takes a day.

- easy to develop own processes without own technical knowledge

- incredible customer service that answers within minutes and checks if there is a bug in your process

- some useful tools are missing as being able to implement a Four eye check in the processes

What do you like best about Next Matter?

The tool itself is incredibly user-friendly. The team did an excellent job during the onboarding process training us on how to use it and answering all questions, so now it's very easy to build new flows and processes for our company. I think that training part of the onboarding was really key to our success and adoption of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Next Matter?

There's a need to learn json in order to do some of the more technical steps and integrations, and as someone with no technical background that can be challenging - for example, when sending automated emails, I need to know some code to be able to set it up. It's easy enough to work around by copy/pasting from prior flows, but that is an area that takes time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
