**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen gives an intuitive, easy to use interface with best performance and seamless integrations. It’s AI driven tools helps to automate tasks effectively which saves time and enhances productivity. The tool delivers great value with strong customer support and easy onboarding. I the initial pricing seems high, but ROI is clear due to its strong performance and automation capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

Kizen offers great features however, its pricing can be steep for smaller teams. It also glitches during the integration sometimes. Support could be faster in responding to sudden and urgent queries.

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team struggled with manually managing workflows and tracking performance which led to errors and inefficiencies. But after implementing Kizen, we can easily automate tasks, and tracking performance which the performance in real-time. It has a great drag and drop interface which has simplified daily processes and has enhanced the overall performance. Since this tool, we have saved around 8 hours per week and our errors have reduced to 30%.

It keeps everything in one place. Instead of juggling different tools, I can manage contacts, track sales, and automate follow-ups all together. It helps save time and makes staying organized a lot easier.

It can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for those new to the product. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to learn where everything is and how to use it efficiently. Sometimes it’s not as intuitive as I’d like, which can slow things down.

It keeps track of customers and stays on top of follow-ups. Before, it was easy to forget things or have information scattered in different places. With Kizen, everything is organized in one system and some tasks are automated, which saves time and helps make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

We are able to customize and adjust the system, forms, displays, and more to fit our business needs. As the company grows, we can tweak Kizen to be what we need, instead of fitting ourselves into what the product offers. Also, the sucker service is spectacular. From custom build outs to how-to videos, to regular check ins, it really feels like the Kizen team wants to make the system work for us in every way.

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

I think there could be a bit more flexibility in reporting services. I'd love to be able to easily export my dashboards as a PDF to share with team members who don't use the system. I'd also like the ability to create my own visual representations of our data similar to how tableau works, instead of just the options in the tool.

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Kizen for several different functions. We maintain our customer database, track our deals/purchase orders, and now create/send our marketing updates. It is our central "source of truth" for all things sales/marketing related.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen provides fully customizable automation, flexibility, user data, and process for our member journey and sales pipeline. Forms for our building walkthroughs/upkeep easy search bar function, and activities dashboard to track our KPIS.

It can be a bit laggy, and multiple activities and automation can be triggered (It might be more of a user error though)  Error code 404 often.

Kizen is helping us by storing and gathering data for our members, so we can make decisions based on the data we collect. Through automation, we have set up a process so incoming members get everything they need before they are even onsite. The team is assigned specific activities associated with their role and their part of the member journey process.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

We love the ability to track time and invoice clients with automations set up for different types of clients with email templates based on hourly/lump sum projects (used to use Excel). We also appreciate the reminder emails to follow up with clients on their invoices and reminder to bill active projects.

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

Getting the automations and email templates set up and then working out the bugs for different client types took some time, but it's been smooth sailing since then.

Automation of invoicing and database for sending out marketing info. The product has reduced time spent logging time, creating invoices, and ensuring we send out reminder emails to get paid in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

KIZEN does everything I need from a lead management service and more.  It's automations are super helpful for tracking lead status and requesting updates from my team.  I really enjoy using the email and form builders as well.  Customer service is amazing as well.

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

It can be pricy if you have a large team.  I have also had a tough time navigating some of the settings areas on the website, but eventually was able to figure out where everything was located.

It is helping me track leads from various sources and keep a current status for each entry.  It also notifies my team to update leads via automation that I created.

What I liked the best about the Kizen software application is the fact that the app creates curated trainings for all of my team members on a variety of subjects.

What I disliked the most about the Kizen software application is the fact that sometimes the training software that the team used could sometimes be a little bit muddled and the UI or user interface was not as clear as it tc could have been.

Kizen is very good at integrating sales with marketing, and customers can be managed in a more advanced way, as you can add information related to them in the customer information. Contacts are also now under our supervision. We can also make a call through it, which has made it much easier for us to build a healthy relationship, and the availability of virtual meetings with a single person is also incredible. The most attractive feature of this CRM software is its dashboard, which is highly reliable and secure, and it has also enabled us to monitor other teams' dashboards. Sales management and customer management can now be done using a single software.

My expectations regarding this software were all met and it kept its promise to provide the best service and features, but unfortunately its subscription is very expensive and we do not like such high prices.

Kizen is a tool that has allowed us to streamline our business, and customer management is also very advanced. Now we can add information related to them under the customer information. Kizen is so good at integrating marketing sales and clients can be managed in a more advanced way like can add the information related to them under the client information. Contacts too are now under our supervision. We can also make a call using it which made it very easy for us to make a healthy relationship and also the availability of virtual meetings with a single individual is also amazing. The most appealing feature of this CRM software is its dashboard which is highly reliable and secure and has also made us able to keep a track of other team’s dashboard too. Sales management and customer management can now be done using a single software.

It has an interface that is quite easy to adapt, so it allows me to use it in a much simpler and more efficient way, its performance (from my point of view) is great, it has helped me change the way I managed to do it. Proper management of clients, allowing me to include information in the system about the contact details of my clients, the fact that I put at my disposal tools and functionalities that help to consolidate the digital marketing strategies of my company is something exceptional, since In this way, I can improve the way my campaigns are executed in a much more personalized and complete way in conjunction with my clients' data, which allows me to segment my campaigns according to the needs of each client, their Reports are quite useful to make decisions in a more effective and faster way, so for me it is a very good application for the integral management of clients and marketing

The only thing I could complain about is the price, it is very expensive, however it is worth every penny of what it costs.

It has allowed me to improve the way in which I approach the digital marketing of my company based on the needs of my clients, since together with the data that I have registered in the platform I can design strategies that impact both visually and in concept to my clients, thus allowing me to increase my sales much faster and in the same way increase the reach of my products.

It is provided with a fairly simple interface to handle, with a good distribution of the elements which makes navigation very intuitive in that sense, it is also provided with metrics that have been very useful when making a decision within my company.

Its price is quite high for small companies, so Kizen is definitely not an option for them

Platform is easy to use and the user interface is very intuitive. You do need experience for using it.  The customer support is very great as well, they support you always whenever you reach them. It enables viewing contact records and dashboard to other teams as well. You can make personal meetings or virtual calls easily. You can schedule activities. It can easily be accessed from your phone too. It has helped us a lot. The functionality is great. It provides marketing, customer management and sales benefits in all in one platform.

The premium plan of kizen is very expensive, you cannot afford it if you are running small business. Dashboard need some improvements as well. The structure of software needs to be improved too. The new platform does not have some of its good features. You still need some learning curve but yes, the support team is very helpful so we can neglect this one. There are still a few improvements needs to be done.

We were looking a better software to collect, store and access the data of customer for our sales team and yes, this CRM helped us a lot in this. we have now customizable dashboards to do all these activities. It is good but expensive. It is easy to use so our sales team learnt it in few days. Our team has loved using this CRM and it has been a wonderful experience so far.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen has improved collaboration among our team, increased productivity, and allowed us to gain better insight into our business.  Our team had been using Salesforce for 4+ years and ended up having to pay for additional third-party applications to piece together a solution that still didn't work perfectly for us.  The transition to Kizen from Salesforce was seamless, and the Kizen team was there to walk us through it every step of the way.  We have been nothing short of impressed with Kizen's best-in-class product suite and team.

As of now, we have been completely satisfied with Kizen.

**Recommendations to others considering Kizen:**

I would highly recommend switching to Kizen - it has met and exceeded all of our expectations.

We are using Kizen to manage our business development efforts, making sure we are staying in front of all the right prospects.  Kizen's ease of use has led to more team members actually using the CRM, thus allowing for more accurate reporting and insights.  As we accumulate more data in Kizen, we plan to utilize Kizen's automation tools to drive further productivity improvements.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen is an intuitive CRM that is easy to use without much prior experience. The timeline that tracks all communication with individual clients is essential when dealing with many clients over an extended period of time. We are a non-profit, and the sales pipelines also make it easy to track multiple donors in process. 

Kizen has worked really well for us. When we do run into snags, they are quick in responding with technical support via online chat. Friendly people!

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

We are unusual in that we often need to import contacts from an outside source. There is no feature to prevent automatically overriding contact information if the email address is the same. It would be nice if it would throw a warning, and offer the option to replace/merge/skip. (I doubt, however, most business would have the same need of this feature as we do.) 

**Recommendations to others considering Kizen:**

Consider what the areas are that are absolutely essential needs, and check around. Our primary considerations: cost, ease of use, strong UI, great tracking of client interactions, pipelines. Eventually we will use the automations and product sales features, but for now can't speak to those.

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kizen makes it simple to communicate with a large constituent base. There is infinite segmenting of clients, which makes targeted communication a breeze. We keep fairly extensive information on our clients, and Kizen is highly customizable in the kinds of information that we can track.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Since we started using Kizen we've been able to take a stronger hold in our market and we're excited to see how much we can grow with their continued help and insight. Their customer support has helped up seamlessly import their program and it's really improved productivity across the whole team!

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

So far I do not have much to complain about. Sometimes the pages take a little longer to refresh than I'd like, but that may be my internet.

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline potential and what we have the capacity to extend ourselves to is the most beneficial development so far. This should help us to manage our bidding in a way we've never been able to visualize as clearly before now.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

We have VERY complicated processes and Kizen not only keeps up with us but helps streamline it so we are a thousand times more efficient in our day-to-day operations! The best thing about Kizen is when setting it up, the answer was NEVER "our platform can't do that" - there was always a way to make everything we need work! Sometimes it took work on our part, sometimes work on Kizen's part up it was always PAWSSIBLE. :)

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

The learning curve is the only thing I can say we don't like, but I think this is because 1. we are dog people not business people so learning any new platform is tough for us and 2. we have such complicated needs we have to understand the workings of Kizen really well. 

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us using Kizen is like each team member having an assistant. It streamlines things, automates things and allows each team member to know where things are at any given time. Kizen has been TIME SAVING and gives us peace of mind knowing nothing will fall through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen’s Sales CRM is hugely underrated. Not only does it allow for seamless communication within sales teams and inter-departmental collaboration, but it’s also device-agnostic. Sales teams can view contact records and dashboards, log in-person meetings or virtual calls, schedule activities for follow-up, etc. from their phones, tablets, or desktops. 

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

I have no complaints at the moment. Everything works as I expected it to. 

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wasn’t solving a specific problem but was familiar with and tired of the current marketing automation and sales CRM options available. That was the catalyst to giving Kizen a shot. I started on a free trial and the rest is history.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

For me, the best part of Kizen is the sheer amount of functionality this platform has. As a small business owner, I can manage my marketing, sales, and customer service (incl. retention efforts) in one place.

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

 I can’t pinpoint a “dislike” - I have, of course, requested additional features, but the team has been both quick to respond and quick to push those requests!

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Besides the “all-in-one” aspect, I’m really enjoying Kizen’s behavioral tracking. I didn’t truly have this with other business software I’ve used. Being able to cater to different contacts based on not only their demographics, but also on their behavior has been HUGE for my business.

The Timeline feature within each Contact Record has revolutionized the way we do business. Now, every interaction with every contact (prospect or client) is not only tracked, but also timestamped. No more duplication of efforts.

The lack of native integrations, although Kizen’s team has ensured me that’s coming.

**What problems is Kizen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I covered this earlier, but we have a small team so all team members need to be working at-capacity or as near to capacity as possible. We need to leverage every minute of everyone’s time. Kizen’s Sales CRM allows us to do that by tracking literally everything, and also by giving us the opportunity to automate repetitive tasks.

Internally, Kizen's Automations have helped me save 10-15 hours of my time weekly by putting administrative and operational tasks on autopilot. But, more importantly, this functionality has allowed me to create dynamic customer experiences at every stage of my B2B funnels increasing my bottom line.

No complaints, though I do wish their Sales CRM included the ability to sync Activities with my Google Calendar.

Marketing. dashboards. Having access to all of our organization's marketing data in one place enables the team to quickly understand priorities and take the necessary action steps. Everyone is able to see up-to-date key performance indicators that our marketing initiatives run on.

There's always a learning curve with new technology, but their customer support team has been surprisingly accessible.

The members of our marketing team were working in silos, unsure of the goals of the team and organization. We were looking for a tool with customizable dashboards that also allowed us to collect, store, and execute on lead and customer details.

Kizen is very easy to use and has one of the better email builders out there. Overall it’s a very intuitive platform.

The customer service is top notch.

It is a newer platform so it doesn’t have some of the more advanced features built...yet.

**What do you like best about Kizen?**

Kizen is among the best CRM products that you can find in the market since it allows me to save my information in various formats. The product has superb when compared to other software in asset management since it is very fast and easy to use. The software’s customer support is awesome, and they can attend to customer’s questions on installation and usage. 

**What do you dislike about Kizen?**

With Kizen’s premium payment plans, it proves to be very expensive, especially for young and small businesses. In addition to pricing, the developers should improve their dashboard so that navigation between tabs becomes easier for users. The general structure of the software’s platform should be improved. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kizen:**

Users who need to manage their marketing campaigns over email, social media, and mobile devices should try Kizen. The software has excellent services, especially in customer relationship management.

We used the software in customer relationship management in our business and realized how important it is. The software is also helpful in tracking the company’s data and contacts. The features such as email syncing and survey are suitable for businesses in different industries.
