What do you like best about Kizen?

We are able to customize and adjust the system, forms, displays, and more to fit our business needs. As the company grows, we can tweak Kizen to be what we need, instead of fitting ourselves into what the product offers. Also, the sucker service is spectacular. From custom build outs to how-to videos, to regular check ins, it really feels like the Kizen team wants to make the system work for us in every way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kizen?

I think there could be a bit more flexibility in reporting services. I'd love to be able to easily export my dashboards as a PDF to share with team members who don't use the system. We love the ability to track time and invoice clients with automations set up for different types of clients with email templates based on hourly/lump sum projects (used to use Excel). KIZEN does everything I need from a lead management service and more. It's automations are super helpful for tracking lead status and requesting updates from my team.
