I think there could be a bit more flexibility in reporting services. I'd love to be able to easily export my dashboards as a PDF to share with team members who don't use the system. We love the ability to track time and invoice clients with automations set up for different types of clients with email templates based on hourly/lump sum projects (used to use Excel).
