Following Kentico's recommendations you can easily create customizations and integrate with other systems. Kentico also provides 7 day bug fixes and excellent customer service.
Kentico has a very strong solution partner network who can assist design, development, implementation, and provide expert service to end clients. Kentico also allows the users to provide ideas for the product roadmap and allow others to vote and share their use case for that idea.
Up until this last major evergreen release, Xperience by Kentico, clients had to wait for at least a year to receive new features and enhancements. With Xperience by Kentico being an evergreen product now, we're seeing new features every month!
