It is also easy to use, it contains templates that you can configure or adapt to your needs. It has two versions such as desktop and mobile, it allows you to view the project or task board from a remote location. **What do you dislike about Kanbanery?** Their mobile version is not the most comfortable to use, they must make improvements for the user to achieve better performance, such as organizing or tracking information easily and quickly on the dashboard. **Recommendations to others considering Kanbanery:** I recommend it both on a business and personal level, it is simply the best task manager, it does not have overhead like other project management platforms. This allows me to work on several projects at a time and established currently advance and the time needed for each one of the projects to finished them on time, even with a internal review for our part. **What do you dislike about Kanbanery?** There's nothing to dislike, I can add the projects as a to do list, but really I can add small task to complete each one of them. This allows me to open collaborations and communications with other co-workers that might help with any task on the desk. **Recommendations to others considering Kanbanery:** If you have lots of work to do and have some troubles to select the staff to collaborate in your projects, just initiate a Kanbanery sesion, add your to do list, the task in each one of them and the possible collaborators, even the time of delivering the project. Simple features like column limits as well as custom task types and task estimate levels allow us to customize our board to fit our specific workflow. Putting these settings into a workspace allows us to start a new project with the exact columns and workflow style that we need instantly. Other tools we've tried were either too simple or they were complex and not enjoyable for a team to use. Kanbanery has just the right amount of features for our use, and any of the features we do not need, are inconspicuous and not in our way. **What do you dislike about Kanbanery?** I would like to see further updates to the mobile app. It was refreshed not to long ago, but I still don't feel that the mobile app is to the point that I can easily organize and track information on a large board. The majority of my time I don't need a mobile app, but I have found a few times in discussion where I wished I could check something a bit easier without having a computer nearby, and while the mobile app allows that, it doesn't feel as easy as I would prefer. My only issue with the current webapp UI is how much space the top menu takes up on screen, but we were able to make this fit for us by adjusting the menu using the custom CSS feature. All this being said, I am being very picky here, and if nothing changed with this software over the next 5 years I would still be using Kanbanery daily. **Recommendations to others considering Kanbanery:** We've tried many other kanban board web apps over the years, and nothing has ever been able to pull us away from Kanbanery. **What problems is Kanbanery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kanbanery helps us manage software development projects effectively.
