## Kadence Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Desk and Meeting Room Booking with Kadence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I love how Kadence solves the everyday headaches of hybrid offices by making desk booking and meeting room scheduling clear, predictable, and conflict-free. It takes away the chaos of not knowing what’s available, who’s in the office, or whether a room is actually free when you need it. I also appreciate how simple and easy it is to use overall. Being able to book meeting rooms from the mobile app while I’m on the way to the office is especially convenient. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Having to manage two different environments because Kadence is on a separate application. I need to check the Kadence app for reporting info.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence solves the headaches of hybrid offices by making desk booking and room scheduling clear, predictable, and conflict-free. It removes chaos by clearly showing what's available and who is in the office.

  ### 2. Straightforward, User-Friendly Desk Booking with Great Seating Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlota B. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Having visibility of where colleagues are sitting is really helpful, as it makes it easier for us to sit together. I find the overall desk-booking process and interface very straightforward and user-friendly. I also like that you can assign desks to specific people. Changing the floor plan was simple too, and the whole process felt really easy.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

We started using the Kadence agent a few months ago and, in a bold move, have recently disabled manual check-in. A few users ran into a logout bug, which was frustrating because we wanted the experience to be slick and had sold it to the business as a one-time login solution.

On the reporting side, I feel like the reports come out with too many columns. For example, you’ll see time created, start time, and time checked in all at once. There are a lot of timestamps to take in in one hit, and at first I found it hard to understand which one was the source of truth we actually needed.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping massively with our “return to office” policy, which states that employees must be in the office a minimum of two days per week. Having a clear understanding of our capacity and footfall is really helpful, and being able to track attendance—thanks to the Kadence agent—is also benefiting us.

  ### 3. Reliable, Flexible Desk Booking with Excellent Support, with Quality Support and Client Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Workplace Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Kadence is reliable, flexible and responsive, and the support team and account management are excellent. We've been using Kadence to manage our desk booking since 2020, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The implementation was quick and professionally handled, and the continuous improvements to the product have made a major asset in the use of our office space. Our staff use it every day, both via the web interface or the app, and the ease with which it integrates with our Microsoft Office estate means that we can access it anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Kadence.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the pandemic we have been operating a hybrid model of operation, with most staff in the office at least two days a week. Our headcount has increased by nearly 300% in that time, so we needed a system that was easy to implement, operate and use to help us manage our limited office space. Kadence has helped us handle this with ease, and the constant improvements and additional features have enabled us to anticipate requirements and act on them. The data from Kadence has been vital in analysing the use of our office space and identifying areas where we could improve.

  ### 4. Kadence review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann M. | Finance Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

It's a system we've been using since 2021 that enables our business to book desks in our office space, making hybrid/flexible working more efficient and safe for our employees.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Making changes to the desk layout can take a little bit of time, but isn't a problem.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees can book a workspace for days when they are at our office. From a health and safety point of view we know where are our employees are, that they are safe and have an effective space to work in. We can ensure the office is not over capacity and that employees are not working alone. Employees can see who else is there to make effective use of their time 'in person' with colleagues.

  ### 5. An easy to manage office booking solution, that provides an intuitive experience for end users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Kadence is a straightforward application to setup and integrate into your business. From an administrator's point of view, you have plenty of options to setup Kadence in a way that will work well for your needs. Having your office floorplan built into the app to show precisely what desks and rooms are available to book makes it a very easy-to-use and intuitive experience for end users. Team managers can be given the option to book their teams in. The live office view gives an immediate snapshot of who is in the office. Users can see who has already booked in and where colleagues are seated. A check-in system allows users to confirm they have attended site. Kadence works well in a hot desk booking scenario, with options to lock down individual desks/areas to select users. Different amenities can also be specified per desk, so users can search on this if they have a specific requirement when booking. Users can also choose to book "onsite" if they plan to be in the office but not take up a desk resource. Our users access Kadence on a daily basis, and rarely have any issues booking what they need. Kadence are always working to improve the app with new features and options. There is a good level of reporting included that covers most eventualities. The account management and support from Kadence are both excellent.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Only minor dislikes, such as being unable to make reoccurring room bookings using Kadence, although this is easy enough to work around (using Outlook in our case).

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After moving to a new office space, we needed a booking solution for meeting rooms and desks in a hot desk environment. Kadence has proved to be an excellent choice in giving users an easy-to-use booking platform by either mobile app or web portal (Teams integration is also an option). Management can be kept up-to-date on office attendance by using either the Kadence live office view or by a system admin producing a report filtered to suit the request.

  ### 6. Kadence has helped our company return to work safely and efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather Rae S. | Assistant Vice President, Digital Campaign Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Kadence has helped our company safely return to work. We are in the office five days a week and our employees love how easy Kadence is to use and that they can use it from the app on thier phone.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

If I had to pick one thing, it would be if you are unfamiliar with the building or space and are reserving a desk there for the first time, it may be hard to locate your desk or office. I think a real photo being used as a preview of the space could be helpful.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence is helping our company see what offices we need to add more space to. We redesigned our entire third floor after realizing we needed to accommodate for more employees. It is also helping us see which employees are taking advantage of working in our other offices.

  ### 7. Kadence: Effortless Space Utilization with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** H Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I love how user-friendly Kadence is. Making a booking only takes a few short clicks, which simplifies the process significantly. I also find the reminders and announcements very helpful for the admin team. The Kadence team was super helpful during the setup process, and they made it very easy for us. We still have monthly catch-ups with them to ensure everything is running smoothly, and their support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

In the announcements, you can't exclude specific teams at the moment; we need to do it by each user, so that's a bit lengthy. Kadence has an auto check-in but not an auto check-out, which could be very useful.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kadence for space utilization, allowing us to see usage patterns and resource needs, making office space management more efficient. The booking system helps us understand and assign anchor days, improving space allocation and planning.

  ### 8. Great Interface, Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bin F. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I like Kadence for its great interface, which is simple to use. It saves me money on IT resources because I don't have to train users on how to use the system. Once the setup was complete, it worked great.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I would love to be able to link the rooms with any updated email addresses without needing to email support, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the setup took awhile initially.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kadence for booking showrooms in our offices. Its simple interface saves me money on IT resources because I don't need to train users.

  ### 9. Effortless Desk Reservations and Valuable Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I find Kadence really easy to use and customize, especially on the Insights component. I like that it's easy to reserve a desk through the app, website, or Slack, and it's great to see where and when colleagues are in the office. I appreciate the ability to communicate and get RSVPs for in-office and remote activities. Kadence also provides insightful data on how our people use the space and time with one another, which helps us better understand when our teams are in the office. I also liked the Events feature and found it easier to communicate with our employees through Kadence. The initial setup was straightforward, and it integrates well with other tools we use like Google Mail, Calendar, and Slack.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

API Links for Insights has needed to be forced a few times.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence makes it easy to reserve a desk, communicate events, and gain insights on workspace use. I appreciate its ease of use, customization, and better data insights compared to Robin.

  ### 10. Effortless Desk Booking with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Antonio R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I appreciate that Kadence makes booking desks a visual and simple experience, even with more employees than desks. I love that it's extremely easy to integrate with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams, and the fact that you can book a room using natural language within Teams thanks to the handy bot. It's packed with quality of life features that I find really useful. The fact that the initial setup took us barely half an hour and it's easy to define booking policies further adds to my positive impression. Overall, I find Kadence to be a good value for the money, easy to set up, and packed with features.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Modifying a room, which is linked to its Exchange Object, requires submitting a ticket to Kadence support. This could be done better.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence simplifies desk booking with a visual and easy experience, solving the issue of having more employees than desks. It integrates well with Microsoft Entra ID and Teams, offering features like room booking via a bot in Teams. The setup is quick and provides good value.

  ### 11. Streamlined Office Reservation Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg S. | Operations Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I appreciate the ease of administration and ease of use for the end user with Kadence. Our users love the live office view, which helps users see their coworkers' locations and allows admins to easily monitor office activity. It's great that our IT and Ops team can remotely monitor and adjust settings when needed, and our office administrators can make direct adjustments to the office they are supporting. Our users also like the flexibility to make reservations via web, Teams, or mobile app, and this ease of use contributes to decent adoption. The live office view is particularly valued by our users.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

There tend to be little glitches or anomalies in the software. Recently we had an issue with conference rooms disconnecting and another with recurring bookings in private offices. We hadn't made any changes on our end, but the fixes ultimately were things we could fix on our own.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence enables remote employees to reserve desks confidently and see coworkers' office presence for collaboration. It simplifies office space management with useful usage data and offers flexibility in reservation methods. Our team appreciates its ease of use, live office view, and administrative capabilities.

  ### 12. Effortlessly Streamlines Desk Bookings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I love the ease of use of Kadence. It's so simple to gain full user adoption, and Kadence handles this core requirement effortlessly. The SSO feature allows me to book a desk with just a couple of clicks, which is incredibly convenient. I also find the visualization helpful as it shows who else is in the office and where they are sitting. The initial setup was very easy because the solution is well-documented, and the team is always accessible and ready to assist. Kadence works really well, and everyone seems more than pleased with the core capabilities we were looking for.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Managing use behavior is more of a challenge for us. Sometimes we see empty desks where plans have changed, but a desk was not canceled. Without a desk available, other colleagues are not coming to the office, so it is a missed opportunity. Also, we probably need a Kadence ambassador to try and take full advantage, the tech can bring opportunities but it is difficult to drive a cultural change simply by delivering the technological capabilities. Outside of that there are a lot of features added, but these are probably more useful to SMEs than large corporates, where other systems are typically in place to handle announcements for example.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence helps maintain a flexible workspace with accessible equipment and space availability. It allows colleagues to coordinate meetings by showing who is in the office, enhancing face-to-face time.

  ### 13. Enhancing Operational Efficiency with Kadence's Streamlined Solutions

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Kadence is the simplest desk booking system I have encountered in my 15 years of facilities management. The system's rollout was smooth, and our CX Engagement manager was always available to help when needed. Kadence has delivered valuable data to the Ankura London office through its Insights feature. Utilizing Insights has enabled us to shift away from the dependence on office swipe data as key KPIs, freeing up time to concentrate on our ultimate goal: the data itself. Every interaction with Kadence staff has been friendly, and they always provide a solution, even if it's not exactly what we were expecting for our end goal.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

This is more of a user-adoption issue with Kadence itself. We’re finding that a lot of staff aren’t using the platform the way they should, and there isn’t really a way, even when working with Kadence, to require or enforce that users actually use it. It’s something our CX Engagement Manager has mentioned, but Kadence doesn’t seem to want to pursue it as a feature.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence supports our operations by streamlining the desk booking system and enabling a smooth rollout, which minimises disruption and helps ensure a seamless transition. Having our CX Engagement manager involved further strengthens this process, providing timely support whenever it’s needed. In addition, Kadence’s Insights feature delivers valuable data that allows us to move beyond traditional office swipe metrics. This shift not only reduces our reliance on outdated KPIs, but also helps us focus on analysing and applying data for strategic decision-making, ultimately improving operational efficiency and keeping attention on key objectives. Finally, our consistently friendly interactions with the Kadence team mean we receive effective solutions and benefit from a collaborative, supportive working relationship.

  ### 14. User-Friendly Booking Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlyn D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I find Kadence user-friendly and extremely easy to use from both an employee and admin perspective. I had a great experience during implementation and with support. The Kadence Agent is a great feature, allowing employees to auto-check in with the platform recognizing they are on the company wifi. Our employees can easily book a desk space for when they are in office, and the platform ensures people comply with our on-site policy.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I wish there was a dedicated reports section, but it is not a dealbreaker. I am able to run reports from the Bookings tab, but in order to see past and future bookings, I need to run two separate reports.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence helps manage desk and conference room bookings in our offices, supporting our hybrid work model. It is user-friendly, easy to adopt, and allows tracking compliance with on-site policies.

  ### 15. Essential Tool for Office Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GWI R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

As a receptionist, I find Kadence really helpful for booking desks and checking which ones are free. I like that it's relatively easy to navigate and having the office layout is super helpful for me. The floorplan is useful because it makes it easier to show people where their desk is without having to search around for desk numbers. The announcement page is also convenient for making public announcements.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

n/a

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kadence to book desks and check office availability; it simplifies seeing free spaces. The floorplan helps guide people to their desks, and the announcement page makes communication easier.

  ### 16. Fast Desk Booking with Great Teams & Outlook Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Booking a desk takes under a minute and the floor plan view means you can actually see where your teammates are sitting before you commit. The visibility into who's coming in on which days has cut down on a lot of back-and-forth messaging. The Teams and Outlook integration is the real highlight though — bookings sit alongside your calendar so there's no logging into a separate system.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

The reports are hard to read — the layout makes it difficult to pull anything useful out of them without a lot of squinting.
The check-in time display is also frustrating. If someone checks in early, it just shows the early time with no reference to their booked slot. Fine. But if someone checks in late, you have to click into their profile individually to see the actual time, then go back to the main page and scroll down to find where you were. A simple column showing booked time vs. actual check-in time would fix this completely.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating a hybrid team without it is a mess — you're either sending messages asking who's coming in, or you show up and the people you needed to work with aren't there. Kadence fixes that. You can see who's booked to come in, pick a desk near your team, and plan your week without the back-and-forth.

  ### 17. Easy Setup, UI Shines, Auto Check-In Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arif R. | IT Service Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I love the ease of use and the user interface of Kadence. It works nicely with Microsoft Teams, which is a big plus for our organization. The initial setup was quite easy too, taking only a day, although the floor plans took a few extra days. Kadence allows us to manage our limited desk space efficiently, ensuring no space is wasted especially on busy days.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I find the auto check-in feature a bit temperamental and it doesn't always work.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence helps us manage limited desk space efficiently, ensuring no space is wasted, and integrates smoothly with Microsoft Teams.

  ### 18. Flexible Space Management Tailored to Your Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle S. | Director Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

It allows the users to manage their space based on their needs.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Not having the capability to lock desk for certain days i.e. employee only needs the desk Monday and Wednesday.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kadence, our office administrator was responsible for monitoring the conference rooms and making reservations for the entire staff. Now, with Kadence, employees can reserve conference rooms based on their needs without having to wait for someone else to confirm availability.

  ### 19. Effortless Workspace Booking with Great Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abesha A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I like the features in Kadence that allow staff members to see the availability of spaces, making it easy to book and check-in. It didn't take long to configure, which made the onboarding process very easy and fast. Booking offices and workstations is straightforward, and I appreciate how it allows us to share workspace efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

The report that comes with the subscription is very limited. I had to use another tool to get the numbers I can provide to the business owners for analyzing the system's use.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence allows us to easily book office spaces and workstations, share workspace, and check availability effortlessly, with a fast onboarding process.

  ### 20. Simplified and Efficient Office Booking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benoit C. | Director, IT Enterprise Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I appreciate that Kadence allows booking a desk easily through integration with Microsoft Teams. The visual aspect is also interesting, as it allows you to see the office layout clearly and book a desk close to my favorite colleagues. The initial setup of Kadence was very easy thanks to the help of their team, which is very efficient. Their office planning team helped me create a very detailed plan quickly and also allows for easy modifications.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

We would like the system to integrate with a visitor management system.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence helps us manage desk reservations in our facilities by allowing us to book in advance, thus ensuring that we will have a desk upon arrival. We also appreciate the integration with Teams and the clear visualization of office layouts.

  ### 21. Intuitive, Reliable Desk Booking with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Kadence is intuitive, user friendly, and reliable. We use it primarily for desk booking and it's arguably the best piece of software we use (in my opinion)

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I'm yet to find a negative to Kadence. Any time there is something we can't do, I contact support and they often put my requests on a development road map - perfect service.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After Covid, we moved to a much nicer, but smaller office. We now have limited desks and we use a hot-desking system. Kadence ensures that staff know when they can get a desk, and avoids wasted time

  ### 22. Effortless Hotdesk Booking with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina R. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I like that Kadence is user-friendly and integrates well with Teams. It allows employees to reserve desks ahead of time and coordinate effectively, creating visibility. I also appreciate that people can check into their bookings directly from Teams. The initial setup was very easy, and it works perfectly as intended. Additionally, I use Kadence alongside Outlook and Teams, which is a great combination.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

N/A Works perfectly as intended.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence allows employees to reserve desks ahead of time and coordinate, creating visibility. It integrates with Teams so folks can check into their bookings directly, and it's user-friendly.

  ### 23. Space management solution for a business clinical practice

**Reviewed by:** Debra M. | Clinic Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

Map to schedule on for visual thinkers as well as the date and hourly blocks.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

You cannot cancel a single hour at a time. We have a very business outpatient mental health clinic. When we receive a cancellation, you cannot go into the block of time you reserved a room for (say 1-6), and release a single hour (4-5) from that block. You need to delete the entire block and the resubmit 2 separate blocks of time in order to have a cancellation show.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizing space.

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

We can separate the manager offices from the other employees.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

There is a little window that pops up in the bottom right of my screen that doesn't have a way to close it. This is a reminder to use Kadence

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we wanted to have specific desk and offices for hoteling, but people are creatures of habit so for them it doesn't do much. for those coming from out of town who only come once a month it provides them with a place to reserve.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jago .

I love that Kadence is a smart and easy system to use, making it very user-friendly, which allows many users to book without too much help. The ease of use prevents us from being overwhelmed with queries, which is crucial given our small team. I also appreciate that the setup was very easy thanks to the Kadence team explaining everything we needed to do.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

Currently it is working as we want it to.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence simplifies desk booking for our staff, making the process easy and reducing queries due to its user-friendly design. It helps us track office space usage efficiently and make informed decisions, like optimizing our space by closing the ground floor.

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

The user interface is modern, clean and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

The backend is complicated. As an admin getting to find the settings you need for a specific action is tricky. Eg: Finding how to edit the notification message a visitor receives when a desk is booked on his behalf. Also, not being able to paste a link into a word makes the message look unprofessional.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is helping ensuring the team has a desk, especially when the office receives large amount of visitors from other headquarters.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carey J.

**What do you like best about Kadence?**

I haven't rolled it out yet, but it looks like Kadence has all of the features that we need. The ability to prebook space and quickly unbook it so someone else can reserve it, as well as the ability to search by features of an office like ergonomic or dog-friendly, are aspects we anticipate using the most. Additionally, my experience with the salesperson was great, which I would rate as a nine out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

I am a little skeptical of how the AI will work.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence will provide availability for people to come to the office. It allows us to prebook and quickly unbook spaces, and search by office features like ergonomic or dog-friendly settings.

I like Kadence because it's fun, easy to use, and has a straightforward platform design. The Slack chatbot for reserving a space is great, and the initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Kadence?**

The Kadence agent is really hard to find a download link for, and employees can't find out where you can check in if you don't have the Kadence agent. I think it would make sense that you can add people to departments by going into the directory, not just via teams.

**What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadence helps manage desks and solves the issue of employees not being able to reserve a desk for the day.
