It benefits me as an employee by reducing back and forth with our internal payroll/HR teams. I can monitor and manage everything myself through the justworks platform. JustWorks offers HR consulting for specific issues but you have to request a meeting to speak to someone from that team. As someone who is a one person HR team I wear a lot of hats and don't always have the answer to specific personnel issues. I can change my bank account information, view my payroll stubs, download invoices, and keep track of my documents. It's very friendly, but perhaps linking to other pay/banking sites, like PayPal, might be an option if we would like to deposits to go into an online account, rather than a bank? I didn't look for this feature, so maybe it's already there. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need my contractor deposits divided into several bank accounts, and JustWorks lets me do this. I can also keep track of all my income for tax purposes. It saves me from looking up invoices and bank receipts. ### 16. To add expenses, retro pay, bonuses, etc is on a separate tab and not easy to pull all the data into one payroll report. These items due to supplemental taxes must be on a separate check but they all should be visible on the semi-monthly payroll as a whole. There is also not a specific tab just for opening the payroll, it's only on the main page and no changes can be made to the salary hours such as adding holidays or pto. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far they've not fixed any problems but were helpful in setting up our client's payroll/benefits into a PEO. ### 23. It was a little annoying that they couldn't figure out federal taxes, which is such an important part of your paycheck. I am still concerned that the tax issue is not resolved, so I will see what happens at tax time. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything is in one place: benefits, holidays, PTO. I expect my positive to experience to continue. One small thing that I wish Justworks had is a credit card partner as a corporate card partner for startups. I got almost none of that. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, nothing was resolved. I have to put my head down and keep going. I was left w/o insurance. Due to a glitch my paycheck went to different accounts. My Flex plan was never transferred. Lost my vacation pay. All because the company added to their name "TECH" and it should have been a simple transferring of information. Oh, and I was the only one with this issue of being terminated and reinstated. I had to do it all myself with minimum guidance for them. ### 31. They are super user friendly. The customer service team is also great! The almost always answer within hours. It integrates smoothly with our Quickbooks Online. It was super easy to implement the software as well. We would also have liked a feature to run reports - espeically for employees that are late. Additionally, employees are unable to view their schedule via justworks. The payroll system is also very tedious for us. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes PTO requests eaiser to manage. ### 37. And they have great customer support on top of everything. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** Over the years, we've had multiple different account managers which has been a little disruptive, but they're working on improving that whole process. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1 - Processing payroll and managing compliance and taxes for employees across multiple states - reducing the time spent on these activities and knowing that everything will be taken care of well 2 - Providing large group level benefits for our small organization - reducing costs compared to the open market ### 38. With Justworks, my payroll is automated, I can offer an amazing benefits package to my employees, and the Justworks support staff are incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It makes it easy for me to do all these things without putting more on my shoulders directly. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** Honestly I haven't experienced any downsides with Justworks. Maybe that it's more expensive than me trying to do it all myself? **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started with Justworks because my employees needed health benefits. I stay with Justworks because everything about running HR operations is easier through Justworks. We are a small company (less than 10 employees). I didn't handle the set-up / implementation, so I can't speak to that; but admin tasks like reimbursements and updating payroll, or user tasks like pulling W2s and paycheck history, are all pretty simple and straightforward. When setting up a parental leave policy, their expert was very knowledgeable and helpful, having a detailed call with me and then answering any follow up questions via email. Other support requests have also been handled well. We also use a 401(k) that integrates with JustWorks, Empower, and that was relatively straightforward to set up. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** It woud be helpful to have a more straightforward list of functions / add-ons that are available either through JustWorks of by integrating with a third-party company. There are lots of help articles, but I'm thinking more of within the user / admin portal itself. E.g. health insurance, company discounts, etc. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll and simplification of compliance / admin. ### 44.
