I wish that there were additional and differing permissions levels for admins, so that we could better tailor permissions of admins to exactly what each role needs to see/have access to. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's really helpful to have payroll and HR all in one place, and be able to easily on and offboard staff, tracking everything, through the system. It's great to also be able to easily track and approve timecards, and manage interns, PT, and FT employees. It's also great to have HR and compliance related resources. ### 11. There is a 4-5 day turn around for manual payments, putting us in a tough spot for terminations as a California-based company. Our account rep can be difficult to track down and even direct emails result in a generic "thanks, we got your email" response. Tracking benefits can be taxing and time consuming and reporting is not exactly intuitive. Training is difficult to manage/track and the compliance training catalog is limited. We cannot build a comprehensive org chart because the tool does not support international contractors that are not on our payroll. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll and benefits administration. ### 13. Report Writing needs a bit of work. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a large nonprofit with a number of Supporting Organizations. Justworks simply saves us a LOT of time every month. For Salaried employees, you need not even run the payroll, it is done automotically. All you need to do is make sure the funding is available for the payroll. That' is it. ### 14. I have had no complaints since adopting JustWorks in 2020. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Though we have grown, we are still a small business without the cashflow to hire and staff an internal human resources department. Previously we were meeting this need with 4 different vendors (a payroll company, a health insurance broker, etc), and now it is all done with JustWorks. The notifications for needed document signatures or other actions to do are much appreciated. Everything is laid out nicely and I can always find what I need, whether it is related to pay, benefits, or internal company documents. I recently wanted to consolidate several 401(K) plans and the Justworks customer service helped me to easily do so. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** Some of the website features are unneccesary for our company and I wish there was a way to customize the options so that it is more streamlined for our purposes. I also get too many fluff emails from Justworks. **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Justworks helps to consolidate payroll, benefits, and other HR information all in the same place. ### 47.
