What do you like best about Jupiter?

The best thing i like about Jupiter is that it is scalable and can accomodate an increasingly growing number of users. Jupiter efficiently tracks the attendance of employees capturing time of arrival and departure. It can generate reports which can be used to view individual employees attendance patterns. The reports it provides can be helpful when calculating payment compensation, evaluating performance and allocating tasks. Jupiter makes it easier to calculate overtime compensation for employees. What do you dislike about Jupiter?

Jupiter is not aesthetically appealing but it gets the job done pretty well for us. It use use a new look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jupiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jupiter tracks attendance of employees capturing time of arrival and departure for each working day. It generates reports which are helpful when evaluating employee performance, calculating payment compensation and assigning employee tasks. Jupiter accomodates our ever growing number of employees and makes it a lot easier to calculate payment compensation for employees who work extra hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Employee payroll calculation.

Managing review cycle throughout the organisation.

Monthly report generation.

Effort estimate and task allocation.

Leave application tracking and approval.

Its lack of features compared to other software.

Not available for Mac.

Not supported on the latest version of windows.

Doesn't have a complete feature of payroll management.

Recommendations to others considering Jupiter:

I would not recommend using Jupiter as it very old software, and it does not provide proper customer support. There is much other software available that provides far more features than Jupiter at a much lower price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
