"Enterprise level solution for multiple newsletter use cases"
What do you like best about JungleMail?

As a web system's manager I really value the following; the ease of implementation, wide range of features, empowerment of newsletter creators, system resilience, SharePoint integration to single source of truth, user management integration with Active Directory, easy to use template approach, detailed user analytics and a happy user community! In particular, the number one thing I like about the product is the level of support and advice from Enovapoint who produce the software. We have been with the product for a long time and I would consider them to be the most professional company that I have worked with in that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JungleMail?

Nothing came to mind, so I had to log in to the administration back end to try to find something! Perhaps the user interface could do with a design revamp as it's not changed a lot over the years, I have never had any user complaints though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Favourite mailing tool"
What do you like best about JungleMail?

I started working with JungleMail last year, and I really enjoy some of their features that I didn't encounter in other mailing tools, like the dynamic content, linking with our intranet on SharePoint, or the section visibility that allows us to bring the right content to the right audience. As a professional in communication, I can support my colleagues working within different "sites" in JungleMail with their own templates and branding and their own recipient sources and groups, and I can introduce approval flows where necessary. This makes life much easier for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JungleMail?

We've had some issues with email addresses of our recipients being blocked automatically, first with Apple users and then with Microsoft users. However, the support team always helped us resolve this issues. They are very fast to reply and they investigate each issue thoroughly.

A bigger issue for me is the way the billing plan works: the cost currently depends on the amount of unique recipients per quarter. As a university, we have a large variety of target audiences, ranging from students and colleagues to alumni and external partners. Many of our alumni only receive one mail per quarter, but as they outnumber the other target audiences, they boost our costs significantly. My colleagues who are in charge of the contract details told me that the cost of using this tool is too high for us and that I should lower the amount of unique recipients per quarter, whereas my colleagues who are using this tool keep increasing their efforts on reaching all the right recipients. As a result, we exceed our plan limit each quarter and it's currently impossible for me to find solutions for both, so I hope we can keep on using this tool, but I'm not too sure where this is heading.
