## JungleMail Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Memos and Slick Templates—A Real Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shohan M. | Regional sales manager, Security and Investigations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

The fact that it gets the bloody thing done without needing a degree in advanced spreadsheet manipulation. It's properly slick for churning out the weekly memo, less time fiddling, more time for a brew. The template builder is a godsend; it makes me look like I know what I'm doing.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

Integration can be a bit fiddly, like trying to assemble flatpack furniture with a missing Allen key. The reports are fine, but trying to explain them to Keith from Accounts is still a solid 45-minute ordeal. Needs a 'Summarise for Keith' button, ideally.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solved the problem of looking utterly rubbish when sending out internal comms. Before, it was a haphazard mess that looked like it was designed on a Windows 95 screensaver. Now, the internal newsletter is genuinely professional. Benefit? Less nagging from the boss and a slight boost to my general ego. Job's a good 'un.

  ### 2. We use JungleMail for internal emails to a broad corporate audience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April T. | Project Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

It has an easy drag and drop interface and a seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

The number one thing that I want is a calendar. I send the majority of emails through Junglemail but we have newer users, and I am the no longer the only sender. It is difficult to coordinate timing. We don't want to have multiple mails going to the same people on top of each other

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outlook is horrible for designed emails. Not all emails need to be beautiful, a quick note to a coworker does not need a great design but the larger initiatives are well served by something more visually engaging. One of the things that we use JungleMail for is a monthly internal newsletter going out to approx 3K readers. This is a true newsletter with multiple stories and links out. We could never do this in Outlook

**Official Response from Marta Sidun:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback!

We’re happy to hear that JungleMail is working well for you. Regarding your request for a calendar, we have some great news! This feature has already been developed and will be available to our customers very soon. We hope it will address the coordination challenges you mentioned and make it easier for your team to manage sending schedules.

Thanks again for helping us improve!

The JungleMail Team

  ### 3. Easy to use and very helpful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ancuta-Elena D. | Internal Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

What I love most about JungleMail is how it allows us to create professional-looking emails and newsletters effortlessly. The tool is user-friendly, making it easy to build communications from scratch or customize them. I appreciate the ability to create our own templates, save specific sections for reuse across multiple emails, and store our branding palette for consistency. Additionally, the gallery of pre-designed templates is a great source of inspiration.

Building newsletters or any type of communication is straightforward with JungleMail. The implementation and integration process was incredibly smooth, and the ability to use our existing distribution lists was a key factor in our decision to move forward with this tool.

Another standout aspect is the excellent support we’ve received. The team, especially Lewis, has been incredibly responsive. Through virtual meetings, he helped us promptly and patiently, explaining everything with clarity.

We use JungleMail daily, and it has saved us a significant amount of time while ensuring that our newsletters and communications always look polished and professional. I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

At first, I found it a bit difficult to understand how to save a draft and differentiate between a draft and a template. However, the support team was very helpful, and they quickly clarified this for me. Other than that, everything is great!

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal Communication

  ### 4. Best solution for intercommunication that just works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

We use it to send emails internally to our distribution lists in Outlook (Entra ID), and sometimes to contact our partners and resellers. JungleMail allows us to have multiple environments to separate these activities, which is a really useful feature.

For us, the main benefit was the SharePoint connection. Since our corporate intranet is built on SharePoint, this integration lets us pull content directly from it into the newsletter. The newsletter builder is easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility for template layout and targeting.

I previously used Mailchimp at my last job. I’d say that for marketing, Mailchimp was good and JungleMail doesn’t offer much extra in that area. However, for internal use, JungleMail provides a lot of automation that’s really valuable for us.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

It‘s more expensive than Mailchimp. However, cheaper than other internal comms vendors.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brought more traffic to our Intranet site.

  ### 5. Favourite mailing tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

I started working with JungleMail last year, and I really enjoy some of their features that I didn't encounter in other mailing tools, like the dynamic content, linking with our intranet on SharePoint, or the section visibility that allows us to bring the right content to the right audience. As a professional in communication, I can support my colleagues working within different "sites" in JungleMail with their own templates and branding and their own recipient sources and groups, and I can introduce approval flows where necessary. This makes life much easier for me.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

We've had some issues with email addresses of our recipients being blocked automatically, first with Apple users and then with Microsoft users. However, the support team always helped us resolve this issues. They are very fast to reply and they investigate each issue thoroughly.

A bigger issue for me is the way the billing plan works: the cost currently depends on the amount of unique recipients per quarter. As a university, we have a large variety of target audiences, ranging from students and colleagues to alumni and external partners. Many of our alumni only receive one mail per quarter, but as they outnumber the other target audiences, they boost our costs significantly. My colleagues who are in charge of the contract details told me that the cost of using this tool is too high for us and that I should lower the amount of unique recipients per quarter, whereas my colleagues who are using this tool keep increasing their efforts on reaching all the right recipients. As a result, we exceed our plan limit each quarter and it's currently impossible for me to find solutions for both, so I hope we can keep on using this tool, but I'm not too sure where this is heading.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can support my colleagues in their communication flows with custom environments, branding, templates, audiences and approval flows.

  ### 6. A fantastic tool to get in touch with your auience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilie J. | Corporate Communications Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

I use it weekly in my job as communication Specialist. Junglemail is really easy to use! It only take a few time to be fully ready to use it. The customer support is very reactive when there is an issue or if you have a quesiton, which make it very wmooth to use.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

Some featues could be implemented - but you can see that Junglemail is continously improving! What I can think of now is CtrlZ :D

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting I get from Junglemail truly helps me in my job. I can see what works or not, how I can do better.

  ### 7. Straightforward, powerful enough to look great, and easy to use for small comms teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

Ease of integration with our SharePoint news, ability to use our custom fonts, straightforward platform that is easy to use and customize (our graphic design team was able to create and save templates for us, etc.). The price is so reasonable for our needs! Finally, the responsiveness of our account rep and customer service has been fabulous. Little things on our end or things that Microsoft does, they can figure it out and tell us how to fix. We use this tool multiple times a day so it has to be great!

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

There are few downsides because it meets our core needs and continues to improve with new features added.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that was not difficult for us to use, and which connected seamlessly to where we're posting our news (SharePoint) so we could save time building out the weekly digest newsletter each week. It solved that immediately. But now we're solving another issue which is having beautiful, consistent, branded templates that my entire team of 10 people can access and use interchangeably. It has reduced the workload across the board and elevated our internal email.

  ### 8. An easy-to-use platform offering huge opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra D. | Corporate Communications Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

I find the platform really easy to use. But my favourite thing is all the metrics that come out of it, which help me to draw up my future communications strategies more effectively.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

The only thing that sometimes annoys me is when I have to translate my newsletter to send it in another language. I'd like to be able to copy it and translate it via AI with one click. But I'm sure that will happen soon.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junglemail allows me to create attractive templates for our employees while measuring their interest and readership.

  ### 9. Using Junglemail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

Jungle is very easy to use, everything is very simple

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

At the moment, nothing comes to mind, all is good

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending newsletters is simpler, especially since the company's data synchronizes with Jungle and there's no need to manually add or remove recipients.

  ### 10. Enterprise level solution for multiple newsletter use cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

As a web system's manager I really value the following; the ease of implementation, wide range of features, empowerment of newsletter creators, system resilience, SharePoint integration to single source of truth, user management integration with Active Directory, easy to use template approach, detailed user analytics and a happy user community! In particular, the number one thing I like about the product is the level of support and advice from Enovapoint who produce the software. We have been with the product for a long time and I would consider them to be the most professional company that I have worked with in that time.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

Nothing came to mind, so I had to log in to the administration back end to try to find something! Perhaps the user interface could do with a design revamp as it's not changed a lot over the years, I have never had any user complaints though.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff and Students newsletter, campaigns, announcements, research community engagement

  ### 11. Excellent design capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

What I like best about JungleMail is the ability to control the design and layout through setting text styles and spacing. I can create a template with placeholders, and anyone can use it for a consistent look across every e-newsletter issue.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

I don't like that sometimes MS Outlook translates text and borders so they may look slightly different than they did in JungleMail previews.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main reasons we went with JungleMail is the comprehensive analytics, and the ability to send out to almost 28,000 recipients weekly.

  ### 12. My personal experience with JungleMail.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourav T. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

I enjoy JungleMail's simplicity. It makes it incredibly simple to create newsletters or digital emails that communicate project progress, crucial updates, or advancements. Setting up the contact list and posting everything is simple. What I like best is the cosolidated log, which maintains all of my past newslatters or emails in one place, making them easy to change and reuse whenever needed. JungleMail is also provide best customer service.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

There are a few limits to altering templates, and it might be difficult for novices to manage. During m study, I discovered that it had some performance concerns while sending mass emails.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JungleMail offers us with a dependanble platform for creating structured and trendy newsletters or digital communications. Its simplicity and quickness have made it much easier to communicate our messages correctly. It is also useful for using material from our SharePoint system to generate automatic newsletters for internal teams, clients, and subsribers. It is a significant time saver, especially when dealing with enormous recipient lists.

  ### 13. It just works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2024

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

We have been using JungleMail for several years now to send several daily emails that pull from our Sharepoint. We have been very pleased with its reliability and configurability. When we have had a question, support has been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

The only (minor) issue I have had is that if I edit a scheduled email, I have to remember to reschedule it.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send a daily event schedule email which pulls data from Sharepoint

  ### 14. Overall very efficient and simple to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about JungleMail?**

I really like the drag and drop functionality. Once I learned how to use it, I was able to create newsletters in minutes. I use it several times per week. Their customer support is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about JungleMail?**

Sometimes the coding seems strange on the backend - for example, it's difficult to control spacing in bulleted lists and tables.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junglemail makes it easy to track analytics and gauge the effectiveness of our communications. It's also mostly easy to use, other than a few issues here and there.

Very easy to create professional-looking group emails or newsletters. Lots of functions. Very detailed analytics.

**What problems is JungleMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The analytics are superbe. It allows me to send mass emails and track engagement.
