We’re able to prioritize clients and prospects. On a sales level our reps can focus on the low-hanging fruit that users have the best user engagement and already got their ‘aha’ moment. On a Customer Success level we now onboard customers in a structured, systematic way. We’re now way more proactive and are alerted of clients at risk or who we can upsell.
We see at a glance where every customer is in his journey. Mandatory for not flying blind.

If you're using the full functionality of the platform it can be sometimes overwhelming and complex to navigate through all the segments and signals. A better way to test the action triggers would also be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
