**What do you like best about journy.io?**

Being able to work in my CRM instead of switching to another application. It’s really easy to work with & the UI is straightforward. We use them across all departments from CS to marketing and product. The onboarding was good as well. 

**What do you dislike about journy.io?**

Some more advanced features are harder to understand.

**What problems is journy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started growing really fast and weren’t sure how to find the low hanging fruit in our customer base. After connecting our platform and CRM we now have insights per customers, and get signals when someone is about the churn.
