What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

Jonas Club Software offers a wide range of modules that cover nearly every aspect of club operations—from accounting and POS to event management, tee time scheduling, and member communications. The system is highly customizable, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Features like eMobile, Dispatch Scheduler, and detailed reporting tools make it easier to manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning. What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

The interface can feel dated, and there’s a noticeable learning curve, especially for back-office users. Some tasks, like updating member profiles or managing email segments, can be time-consuming and overly manual. Performance can also be sluggish on older systems or slower networks. What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

Not enough room to list all of the Jonas issues.

Try to schedule a tee time and it just cycles nonstop while others get the preferred times. Constantly get riduculous erroneous errors that mean nothing to anyone but won't allow you to schedule a time. Can't remove yourself from a tee time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

Ease of use as well as navigation throughout Jonas Encore Software systems. So easy to run reports and also ask questions in the software itself and get handy directions to keep or print off if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

There are a few things that you may not find when trying to finish a task, but, you are able to contact Jonas engineers and add notes to see if they can add in an update in the future, which is quite a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

This app is is the easiest app to use! It literally does not get an easier. It's super user friendly platform makes it easy for even a beginner to pick up right away. I used it a country club that had over 300 members. There support team is unmatched as well. They are extremely responsive. The eMobile and Dispatch Scheduler helped our team tremendously with responding to our members' requests. The software integrates with our other systems with no issue which really help our timeliness of getting member statements out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

There's really not much II don't like about it. Most issues were super easy to solve and the customer support representatives and technical team are very receptive to any suggestions we have. My only suggestions would be to have it some how integrate with with CertiPay and ChefTec so we can keep everything in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

This software take the time to set it up correctly from the start. F&B is great with counts and great reporting features. Online event management works well for the members. Tee Time Management is easy to use. Catering and Events is very functional with standard menus you can create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

In this software learning curve is not easy to understand. This software takes a long time for a back office user to become completely comfortable with using. sometime it create some billing issue and navigation system is not easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

Jonas software was very helpful to the workplace as we were able to keep track of our inventory with the program. In addition to that, it was fairly user friendly and didn't require too much training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

The thing that we disliked with Jonas was that the program would often run slow on our POS computers. The club is upgrading to fiber optic internet this spring and hopefully that will resolve their issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it were easier to add new functions to event sheets. For example, if you only have 5 different types of functions and there is one that doesn't fall under those 5 types, you have to back out to create a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jonas Club Software?

The member profile is vast with details beyond what we need. Running reports is a breeze and you can sort and filter however needed. It speaks with our email platform easily and updates every day. Historical data is kept intact, which is helpful for new staff coming on - they can look back through history. Also track trends for planning and future endeavors. What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?

Member photos are tough to upload, the system can run slow, but our slow internet doesn't help. It relies 100% on human entry - which can bring errors into the mix. Creating and maintaining email segments is difficult. I called CS and while they gave me a solution, it meant spending weeks on a project I just don't have time for. I was hoping they would have a "upload a list here" and then it would be maintained by the syncing process each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
