What do you like best about Jobillico?

Jobbilico gives you access to a lot of resume if you want to head hunt it can help a lot. You can filter your research with how recently the candidats where activly applying, specific technical word and more. Jobillico is a good established system to track application in Quebec. What do you dislike about Jobillico?

With indeed now, Jobillico brings a really lower amount of candidate than it was before, but it still a very good system to use.I would really not recommand this system for position based outside of the Quebec province. The quantity of candidate that it would bring would really not be enough to get a good return on your investment. You cannot pay per posting it's is only with annual subscription that aren't cheap enough unless you recruite a lot in Quebec and poste every job add on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jobillico:

It is a god ATS but you can't only use that system, it will not be enough. Usufull is you want to recruite in Quebec. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobillico solving and how is that benefiting you?

Realy helpfull to head hunt. It is a good system to add to your current applicant managing system, however, I would not use this to manage all the candidate in my recruiting process. You can easily use Jobillico to raise the amount of good candidates and send the application directly to your other systems. So as a second system or a system dedicated to recruit in Quebec for an international company I think it can really be a good help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobillico?

The best thing about jobillico is how easy it is to work with it. The software is really intuitive and user friendly. You have a lot of room to customise your portal, recruitment process and more. It is a great to to work with in Quebec. However I don't think it is a great system to get many candidates outside of Quebec province. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobillico?

It is really not a software that will help you reach a lot of candidates outside of the Quebec province area. Also I would had that it use to bring a lot more candidate than it now does. I personnaly think thata indeed is really getting to strong for a lot of simillar product as Jobillico. I also think the annual price should not be the only available solution It would be way better if the would offer a pay per posting or per click solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jobillico:

Really good to recruit in Quebec, however don't wait for it to bring hundreds candidates resumes. I would also say that there buisiness solutions might be a bit axpensive for local recruitment. Jobillico let you attract, manage and track your candidates by publishing your jobs opening through the web. It is a good local applicant tracking system for Quebec buisiness but if you are looking to recruite on a wider area you might want to find an other applicant tracking system.
