## Influitive Reviews
  ### 1. You need a lot of customers

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has a great CSM and onboarding team who take a lot of time to help you get running. If you're looking for a very robust customer community hub, they have gamification, discussion board, referral page, and a lot of other gadgets built in ready to go for you.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It's A LOT to learn and get running. Publishing challenges constantly is time consuming and if you can't get a lot of customers to join, there's very much activity in the hub. I would suggest others to really consider if having a separate hub would make sense for your customer's workflow and realistically how many customers will join.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to use Influitive to activate our customers to participate in more advocacy actions like doing case studies, giving reviews, give product feedback, etc. in a more automated format.

We have benefited from Influitive's referral page. We recently launched a referral program that allows our customers to refer a friend. This is then plugged into Salesforce and immediately assigned to a sales person. It's a nice process and something we are relying on to grow business especially during COVID-19.

  ### 2. Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is easy to use and offers a variety of options for analysis

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to navigate between advocate and admin views.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement

  ### 3. Great for scaling advocate marketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly V. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Great place to engage with customers. integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Sendoso, etc. make it easy to manage customer references, asks, etc. I love the channel feature to be able to group challenges by category.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I don't like that you can't customize Influtive emails to customers, some of the UI can be a big clunky, and it's not always the most friendly to use tool.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

makes it easy to reward customers for things they are already doing on your behalf, great analytics/reporting available to measure impact to your reference/advocacy programs.

  ### 4. Great product and support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It is a well rounded platform allowing you to engage customers and advocates. An engaged community takes time to build but the influitive platform really enables you to do this. The gamification is spot on and really helps driving engagement.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I would like more integrations with customer data software e.g. gainsight, segment. Some elements could be more customisable.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled us to work efficiently with a wide range of advocates and gain valuable insights from our customers which heavily informs our content, product development etc.

  ### 5. My experience at Influitive live 2020

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeola O. | Registry Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the way the hub was been coordinated by the Team, I also appreciate the fact that all the keynote speakers were willing to share their thoughts and ideas. It really goes a long way for so many others.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing to be precise, But then I encountered an issue with viewing the videos, it was a generic problem though due to network issues..

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

It's a nice platform I recommend you to use for for customer advocacy programs..

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to manage customers effectively.

  ### 6. Best Implementation Experience for a SaaS Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The implementation of Influitive was incredible. Our onboarding specialist helped us every single step of the way and helped us achieve all of our goals prior to launch.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The naming conventions on the back end are a little tricky to get accustomed to, but the tool is very user friendly.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Influitive to set up our customer community and the benefits have been tremendous. Our customer base is engaging in the tool at high volumes and generating valuable relationships for our customers.

  ### 7. Truly innovative, but the platform (and specially the app) needs improvements!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara F. | EMEAR Influencer Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It's the most innovative and complete customer marketing solution in the market. The concept is great: fun, easy to administrate and easy to proof return on investment. The team is amazing, specially the Influitive Services team: professional, knowledgable, responsive, proactive, creative, and fun to work with.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The platform still needs quite a lot of improvements: the UI/UX has been flagged as deficient directly by my customers, specially in the app. It's sometimes unstable, having to raise support tickets for bugs. The administration is very manual when your program starts to scale.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobilizing customer advocates to be an influential voice in the marketplace at big scale, diversifying customer content: from traditional PDF Case Studies to all types of User Generated Content.

  ### 8. Essential tool in RD Station's Customer Advocacy strategy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana K. | Customer Marketing Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

We have been using AdvocateHub in RD Station's Customer Advocacy strategy since 2018. We really like the tool, and it is essential for building our community. The wide variety of challenge stage types and customization is something very valuable to us. The forum functionality is improving every day!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I believe there could be more customization when sending challenge notifications. Additionally, the part about sending invitations via link could have an access block for emails already in the database. Support only in English is sometimes a difficulty for us for more complex issues.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We managed to get the RD Station brand lover clients closer!

  ### 9. Gamification platform for scaling advocacy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is a good tool to drive your advocacy program to scale. The user interface is simple and clean and can be customized decently well to your needs. Reward fulfillment can be automated, which is great. Tracking advocates' activities and reporting has been much improved over the years.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The support has been lackluster, although I have seen improvements recently on response time and thoroughness. The backend is not as easy to use. Testing your hub should be easier, especially if you have multiple hub instances. Building your Influitive Hub is a content monster - you must be ready to drive the content machine!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Influitive Hub has allowed us to create a robust online community of like-minded users. This has been especially important and successful during the COVID-19 crisis as people are increasingly digitally connected. This community allows us to be closer to our customers and gather amazing VOC content.

  ### 10. Great Community Portal for Incentivizing Reference Activity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is a robust tool that allows you to incentivize your customer reference activity. You can create a fun, branded portal for community engagement. It is pretty easy to understand and the UX is intuitive. They have also come a long way in how to capture data and make it actionable.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It is a full time job to manage and set up! Setting up challenges, organizing, and getting it to where you like is a full time job. They have come a long way with how to manage and capture data, but still some improvements needed there. It is much simpler to use for one off instances than lifelong customer experiences. It is helpful to get things quick and dirty, but a bit harder to make customer journey plans. You need someone completely dedicated to knowing what is happening at all times, what challenges have been issued, and what historically has been asked of your community. You can't bring someone in for a big overview of who is in the hub and what has been done. 6 months in and still trying to get the data for each member where we want.

Many of our best customers/advocates don't want to use the platform either, and that is tricky in quantifying the advocacy activity when you can't use this platform to track it fully.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to quickly push and motivate our customers into action. We can create branded experiences for them that they don't quite get anywhere else. We are able to create a "fun" community that is different than our more technical forums.

  ### 11. Great advocacy platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is a great hub to host a private advocate community. Being able to invite people that you feel fit to advocate for your company, it has great capabilities like interactive ways to gather feedback or research, and integrations to make reward fulfillment very easy!
You even have a CS rep as your go-to for any questions or issues you're having.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Like every company, there are things that are lacking - I would say my biggest dislike is the lack of reporting capabilities and the information you can see. For example, we'd love to be able to see how many advocates clicked on an external link rather than just challenge completions because those can be two very different numbers

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

If you're looking for a private community, that is engaging and gamified you've got the right company!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one centralized and closed hub with advocates. Being able to do some really fun interactive advocacy projects with customers that you wouldn't be able to do anywhere else.
We get primary research for product feedback directly from our customers and the best part is we're able to reward them for their effort and overall we create a better product and company.
But their dev department is constantly working towards being a better product!

  ### 12. Influitive brings your customers closer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

My favorite thing about Influitive is that it can be as guided or as "free-verse" as you'd like it to be! My reps have always been extremely helpful and make sure I have resources and examples to use if I mention I have a specific goal, but the platform is also open enough that there really aren't limitations to what you can do. No matter what you want to accomplish with your customers (or want to have your customers accomplish) there is a way you can make it happen in your community. It makes it extremely easy to work with different teams that may have different goals and to keep things interesting for your customers!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The end user experience can be a bit clunky - the mechanics for discussions especially aren't the most intuitive and could flow a lot better (I think something more like Reddit would be wonderful) but the Influitive team is constantly working to improve use-ability. I'm sure that the platform will have improved a lot by the end of this year, and it's certainly not unusable now!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customer base is extremely varied and very large, which can make getting content that matters to individual customers and prospects very difficult. Our community gives us a great way to learn more about what our customers love and what they think needs to be improve, and it provides us with amazing customer content and use-cases that our sales teams love! It's also a nice boost to company morale - too often people of the "front lines" of customer service feel bombarded by negativity, but I'm able to highlight everything that our customers love about what we do, and share the kudos our customers give to employees!

  ### 13. A Great Tool, but Unfortunately One That Motivates Customers to "Play the Game"

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The targeting functionality within Influitive is absolutely stellar. Really there are numerous ways to isolate and target customers and really guide their customer journey through your advocacy program. The functionality the tool natively holds to enable a customer to work their way through an advocate lifecycle is stellar to say the least.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

SalesForce integration and support is severely lacking. We've had numerous support issues in trying to make sure that SF and Influitive talk correctly to each other. This is definitely not a tool you want to use if your organization has had numerous mergers/acquisitions and your SalesForce database isn't spotless.

Secondly, though this tool provides a great platform for customers and advocates, we've struggled to realize any sense of ROI over the last two years. Yes, we obtain a review here, a reference there, and an occasional social share - but customers are incentivised to do so only so they get points. That's the whole purpose of this tool. That's not advocacy. That's buying affection and unfortunately it has shown. It's the "if you give a mouse a cookie" scenario. Top "advocates" refuse to do anything down the road unless more and more is put on the table. That's not brand love. That's finding customers you can buy to spread good cheer. Not 100% of our advocates fall in this category, but we've had great issue in building up a true advocate base with Influitive.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to build a loyal advocate community in hopes of gathering reviews, quotes, testimonials, case studies, customer sales references, etc.

We've been able to obtain several quotes, blog bits, etc. from customers who have interacted with us.

**Official Response from Alex Ruddock:**

> Thank you for your insights! First, to address your Salesforce concerns, we know that this can be challenging especially when dealing with a complex instance. We will shortly be releasing a new version of our AppExchange package, and we hope that this will help to address some of your concerns and improve the overall experience, especially for our enterprise customers. Next, our ROI tool can be customized to your business, we'd be happy to consult on how to personalize this tracking and make it more effective for you. Finally, we believe in a holistic approach to advocacy where points and rewards are just a couple of possible motivators. There are certain personas who are only motivated by rewards that have a monetary value. As you have found, these people are not always what we can call “advocates.” Adding other types of rewards and opportunities that appeal to members’ desire for access, education, and power can provide value without the hefty price tag of gift cards. We encourage you to get in touch with your CSM or our Services team to discuss how to discover more about your true advocates, where to find them, and what motivates them. We would love to help in any way that we can and make you and your program as successful as possible.

  ### 14. Robust advocacy platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan S. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is packed with all the customization and integration capabilities you would expect from a best-in-class advocacy platform. The platform is intuitive to use and their implementation and client success services are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I think their discussion forum could be improved. The way threads are nested is slightly confusing, and there aren't many configuration options available. I'd love to see more a forum-like layout for discussions in the future.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Influitive to deepen client relationships, drive referrals and identify advocates for future collaboration like speaking events and case studies.

  ### 15. Influitive team has been a huge help in getting us to a point where our hub can thrive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Support team, Account rep and content creators are expert and engaged.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Platform can be a bit slow, but that is being addressed

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Plan ahead, story board, know your audience segmentation up front

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social sharing is a key metric and it's going up. Received great input from advocate members during and after our 2019 conference.

  ### 16. A platform that makes it easy to create and manage a customer community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It has ready-made templates that makes creating posts, referrals and Influitive challenges easier.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The interface can be a bit clunky especially when you're creating a post or a challenge from scratch. The steps can be confusing. There is also less customisation in the emails sent (e.g. header images are too long and narrow so images will have to retrofitted)

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have managed to engage a customer community with a platform that allows for discussions, challenges, and even customer referrals. Customer engagement is key for retention.

  ### 17. An amazing technology that backs our advocate program.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anoop V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Ease of Reporting, best in class automated dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Can be more flexible with the challenge creation.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Direct insight from customers for our product and we get to know what our customer needs in terms of content. Easy to use best in class automated dashboards. Can improve the challenge creation setup by being more flexible

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The direct insight from customer for our product and we get to know what our customer needs in terms of content.

  ### 18. Easy to use, insightful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Easy set up and administration. I can get immediate customer feedback the same day by posing challeges that would take much longer through other means. It's a great way to engage customers on thier time as they get to choose how many items to review without presssure. I just recommended them yesterday to a former collegue.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Would be helpful to make batch changes. And lately support has been spotty - I've been sent back a manual or told I could do "it" when really I needed thier intervention.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use for feedback, polls, promoting webinars or key content. We're able to get information quickly and more detailed than you would in a call.

  ### 19. A great customer building relationship platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I like the ability I have to create a great foundation with my customers, based on various things I can do within the platform. I can educate, nurture and foster relationships across peer to peer & customer to internal teams.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I struggle with various back end limitations and tracking methods.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit to me, is providing our customers with a customer only community they can utilize to not just stay in the loop but also have their seat at the table.

  ### 20. Advocacy Marketing is the Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey D. | Digital Marketing Lead Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Using Influitive we have been able create a personas of our user and can now focus and what really matters: engaging our users. Engagement is boosted and truly worth spending time on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing, I love using it so far! Also, the support team is awesome!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Influitive to get feedback, improve my SEO, educate my users, cover a larger audience and engage my users. It is also a good way to create a persona of your users and get to know them better.

  ### 21. Great way to engage and educate advocates/customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalyani K. | Senior Associate, Customer Marketing , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I've enjoyed the gamification function of Influitive. Love how easy it is to implement and how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Their platform gets buggy sometimes, but Influitive Support is extremely helpful.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gain more customers and engage them with our brand. It allows us to identify new advocates, better nurture those who are already advocates and to better organize the content we create for and with them.

  ### 22. Consumer service projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby C. | Marketing Positions, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive offers an activity-based automatic point allocation, where not only our supporters enjoy mutual meaningful advice and make recommendations in our community, but it also enhances the commitment among our customers. Also, the Client Success Team from Influitive is very useful. They usually give us suggestions for future projects during our weekly or monthly calls, share achievements with other customers so we could consider organizing similar initiatives for our objectives, offer better content and artistic campaign measurements and demonstrate how to do anything on the model.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I would like to see some improvements in the Pair to Pair Point Transfer so proponents can donate to each other. Also, It would be excellent to be capable of making the issues more flexible in the activist's view, so we are able to recognize the challenges being faced by specific supporters.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Influitive is a tool that is certainly appropriate for businesses that are interested in building an active group. It's so simple to use and is ideal for large and small teams. I personally think it is an important resource for every marketing team and for every organization in general.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is used in the Marketing department of my company and it is responsible for implementing our consumer service projects, which includes affinity for customers, brand evidence, onboarding, mentoring and marketing. Since it was deployed a couple of years ago, it has been an important tool we use almost on daily basis.

  ### 23. Boost your customer commitment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikaela L. | Marketing Staff, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive allows us to provide an incentive to not only obtain reviews about our products but also to thank our clients sufficiently for supplying them. It allows creating a friendly environment to reach our clients and enables us to submit to our managers quickly on our plan. Our webinars are very helpful for our clients by offering good practices and guidance on designing the plan to meet their ultimate priorities and goals.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Influitive is great, but I wish there could be more monitoring features added, as it could make easier to collect relevant data.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Honestly, I would recommend Influitive to businesses of all types that want to get feedback about their products or services. The only situation where I think it would not be suitable is when it's aimed to build a culture that relieves customer service, as it is not what it was made for.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is an important component of our marketing and sales department. It is mainly based on our Social marketing sub-teams and it is used on daily basis. At first, our administrators thought we needed a committed program management tool, but then they realized Influitive was able to cover all that. It allows us to receive reviews from our customers to improve our services. The main objective we got with this tool is to boost our customer commitment to our brand, and that's what we've been achieving thanks to Influitive.

  ### 24. Influitive: get information about company satisfaction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyson R. | Marketing Staff, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is a great that allows you to get through online courses on each page, so before asking users to join, you already have a good footing, which simplifies a lot of the process and lets you save a lot of time. Also, they have a very powerful and professional team in their customer support.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Influitive has some error interaction, which I think could be enhanced to make easier the tasks for administrators. Also, there are still various ways to write, so it seems overwhelming occasionally, especially when you are starting to use the platform. It would boost performance if you could meet the challenges by moving them manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Influitive offers a great place to connect and track supporters you might not have heard about or cared about. I think it will be appropriate for any business wishing to give its clientele an environment for learning, for broad sharing of content, for collecting user-generated content, for surveying, for setting up locations to meet their clients, for getting something out of events, etc. However, for growing business, Influitive may alter many of your platform's facets, which trigger some anxiety.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is used within the Marketing department, specifically by the onboarding and deployment teams to ensure they are able to launch results on time. It is really useful to get information about company satisfaction, business development, and distribution to ensure that we are engaging our clients in different projects across the organization.

  ### 25. Does the job!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melody L. | Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Where advocate software programs are concerned, Influitive is easy to use, flexible, and customizable. With Influitive, our company is able to gather product reviews, encourage customers to submit reviews, and allows them to serve as references for prospects. It's easy for us to achieve all of these goals in Influitive. Additionally, it's great being able to send rewards to customers easily. Influitive allows you to choose a reward vendor that fits your needs and the setup is quick and easy!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

None. I don't really have any complaints.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've increased customer engagement while also increasing our count of product reviews, referrals, and references.

  ### 26. Influitive provide a differentiating experience and engagement through for our Customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Our hub allows us to promote our brand and reward our advocates for their great work.
What I like best are campaigns which drive engagement and have specific goals and are for advocates.
It is a great tool to offer our customers valuable resources to support them throughout their customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Its a bit limiting with certain technical back office management.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to increase product awareness through social sharing and getting customer feedback on product, reviews and NPS.

  ### 27. Great for Community Building

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive makes it easy to give advocates a call to action, and an Influitive hub is a great way to nurture advocates that might otherwise fly under the radar.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The process for reviewing responses is a bit clunky and time-consuming.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is using Influitive to build a community of customers who feel like they are genuinely getting something valuable out of the community experience and therefore feel inspired to give back to us when we ask for things like references and reviews.

  ### 28. Re-imagining advocacy while overcoming limitations of traditional online communities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica A. | Oracle Service Cloud User Advocacy Manager (Sr. Product Manager), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Where to start? The Influitive team, their customer experience, their VIP advocate community and their vision and delivery of the AdvocateHub is awesome!

Specifically, Influitive is helping us re-imagining the advocate experience and even parts of the customer experience. Their AdvocateHub enables us to build a deeper, personalized, and productive relationships with our customers and to nurture more meaningful relationships between our customers.

I love how Influitive is moving into the community space and how their origins in advocacy are creating such a modernized, fresh perspective on what organization's communities can look like. It's particularly noteworthy when you think that traditional communities' origins go back to the early days of the internet with bulletin boards where people were using avatars and screen names instead of their headshots and actual names!

The Influitive platform is robust and focused yet flexible. Customers and employees both really like the UI and the overall experience. I've been able to fulfill a wide variety of requests (e.g. product feedback, online reviews, education, peer support, social shares, story leads) and pursue net new opportunities across the organization. I love the flexibility and that I'm not forced into a few use cases or types of engagement (whereas traditional communities are typically focused on Q&A, submit an idea, rate content, poll).

They have a variety of service packages, so it's easy to "right-size" your support. Customer input is readily incorporated into their product and services; they practice what they preach!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Building compelling challenges and their workflows (not to mention themed and gamified campaigns) is time-consuming. It's totally worth the effort, but it's important to know your goals, the key use cases and map out the associated processes, so you're building intentionally.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

There is often some concern around how Influitive is similar to existing, traditional online communities. If you're looking to spin up an advocacy program with Influitive and your organization has an existing online community, make sure to address this early on--goals, persona, message framework, promotions, content, etc. The two can co-exist and complement each other. And if your organization doesn't have an online community, I'd try going all-in with Influitive's growing community functionality instead of viewing these as separate initiatives.

In large enterprises, there are often existing programs and processes in place for advocacy use cases (e.g. sourcing case study leads, references). If you're struggling to get buy-in to incorporate these use cases into Influitive, try offering to supplement what they're already doing or proposing a pilot.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been involved in Customer Marketing and online communities for a long time, and I can't tell you how many times I've experienced the following scenarios:
(1) Employees would come to me wanting to get feedback or support from a certain segment of customers, and I would struggle with being so limited in our options to efficiently and quickly engage a targeted portion of our base in a focused activity (e.g. post to this forum board, promote to all customers, run a report and create an email and then email this segment).
(2) Employees tried to have business conversations in the community and the in-depth product conversations take over...again and again. This isn't a bad thing, but it's made it hard to have business-level conversations.
(3) I've seen passion and expertise in the members interacting in online communities, attending user groups and coming to our user conferences and knowing that we weren't systematically mining or mobilizing that advocacy throughout the year.

Using Influitive has removed these problems from the equation. Furthermore, we are building and deepening relationships with our customers and partners in a scalable, fun and flexible way. We know their names and stories and recognize their faces. It's a relationship as opposed to seeing someone's avatars and screen names; their name listed on a completed survey; a list of people who are willing to do references on a specific product, their brand story but not their individual story, etc.

We can our customers for feedback and support so much easier than before, which is allowing us to support existing advocacy initiatives (e.g. finding new success stories) and support new advocacy initiatives that we struggled to find time for before (e.g. asking customers for help in re-naming products, co-creating customer content on a topic relevant to industry, creating moments of delight for our customers).

  ### 29. Great for Customer Advocacy!

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

We have gotten great responses from our customers who love connecting with us on the platform. The Influitive team gave us great recommendations for how to get started and get people talking!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing yet! Even though we are just starting out with the platform, we are seeing great interactions.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to build better relationships with our customers, leading to referrals and references.

  ### 30. Great Product for Community Gamification

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Community Discussions could use some focus

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing the long tail customers together to learn and communication

  ### 31. A must-have for Advocate marketing professionals and their team!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel M. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I like the dual functions it provides. I like the dual functions it provides. I think the best part is the discussions and how I am able to search to find specific topics I am looking for. Also, they have the best support team I have ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I don't feel that there are enough challenges offered. There is no way to unfollow or disable notifications. But, I know they are working on new features in this area and I am looking forward to future releases.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Spend the necessary time to learn how to use and explore the different options and features. I was very satisfied with all the Influitive staff I worked with. I think it's an expensive product, but it's worth the sacrifice, because the great marketing they have, if you really deliver to your customers, is the best investment you can make, you won't regret it.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a VIPkid teacher, I use the Influitive AdvocateHub to access my community resources and weekly newsletters. Being able to access various ideas, topics, guidelines, clauses, expectations in a simple search that connects clients to information shared by other clients.

  ### 32. Great platform to engage with customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Challenges are very easy to set up. Customer service is very attentive.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Unsure at this time, although I've only been using the platform for about 1 year as an administrator.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improve customer engagement and foster greater communication.

  ### 33. A fun way to get to know your customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle Y. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the creative ideas from the challenge templates to the challenges I participate in as part of the Influitive VIP advocate hub (I learn a lot from using the product as a consumer). I really love getting to know our customers on a different level. I have built a lot of relationships with customers and have been able to offer customer service in a different way...having an advocate hub is an additional touch point to show customers some love & be there when they need us.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I am not a fan of how advocates are imported. I think there is a much better way to do it however, in the months since I have taken over the program, Influitive has already made a lot of improvements. I believe this is something they will fix in the near future.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive provides another outlet for our customers to reach out to us (other than when they have issues/complaints). We are able to build relationships on an individual basis - getting to know them better as people, not just customers. It's a whole new level of trust and support.

  ### 34. Great for Engagement!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The ability to connect on a personal level with customers.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It can be buggy at times, but support is quick to get back to you.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I believe it is a really great platform that is constantly being changed for the better!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Advocacy- We can reach customers and measure sentiment through this platform.

  ### 35. Great tool for mobilizing advocates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has done a great job building a technology platform to organize and mobilize advocates. They continue to improve the functionality of the online platform, and our customer enjoy being a part of our Hub.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Our strategy is to leverage the Influitive Hub for a closed group of advocates. I don't like the idea of opening it up to the entire community of prospects, customers, partners, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Evaluate the number of users you plan to invite and determin whether it makes sense to keep a smaller advocate group, or open the hub to a broader community. I have had success leveraging the AdvocateHub for organizing highly-engaged smaller commmunities (~500 active users).

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive has helped us organize a subset of our customer base in a way that allows us to easily interact with our advocates and mobilize them in ways that support company initiatives.

  ### 36. Turning customers into advocates!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is an amazing customer advocacy tool that uses gamification to keep customers coming back into the platform. This platform will not only enhance relationships with your customers, but it will also help you generate reviews, product feedback, referrals and increase brand awareness. I like that they now also have a library of experience/challenge themes available to help with campaign ideas.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

When customers sign up for your advocate hub, they aren't required to use their business email address. This makes it difficult to sync up with company information and you have to create a challenge in the hub asking them to update their profile.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

To make sure you get the best ROI from Influitive, you need to spend a lot of time planning challenges, experiences, platform setup, etc. If only one person is managing this software (depending on the size of your customer base), it could definitely be a full-time job as it requires a lot of time and attention.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhancing relationships with our customers and their relationship manager. In addition to that, we were looking to increase renewal rates and cross-sell opportunities. Finally, we were also looking to increase our brand awareness (i.e. having customers speak on our webinars, share our content on social media, etc.).

  ### 37. Experts in Customer Advocacy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff G. | Customer Advocacy Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2016

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

AdvocateHUB is a wonderful tool that helps build customer advocates and a really fun and engaging way to connect with your audience. It's easy to use and fun to build as you take your customers through unique challenges and build social insight on your audience

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

- Limited integrations around FB and other platforms
- Some of the challenges are a bit cheesy if your audience doesn't fit the persona
- Manually validation of certain challenges

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're looking at solving how to engage high level users and build meaningful trusting relationships. With AdvocateHUB, we've been able to unlock those opportunities and really connect with our customers.

  ### 38. Fun, User Friendly, and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Storey S. | Marketing Assistant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has been a wonderful tool for our company to start our formal rewards program! The software has been incredibly easy to customize to fit what we need and customers/employees alike have been very impressed with it.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The reporting, while robust, is a little difficult to figure out at first,. With work, though, you can pull the right data, and it becomes easier with use.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with our customers on a personal level as well as receiving reviews, references and referrals.

  ### 39. Great platform to engage Advocates!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moinak R. | Assistant Manager, Customer Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The platform is well designed and has some good features to increase Advocate engagement. The platform is -

1. User friendly
2. Easy to use
3. Have a good resource center

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The reporting needs to be more user friendly, sometimes its bit complex to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Highly recommended!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Influitive to boost our referral program

  ### 40. Not so great

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It helps me automate and streamline acts of advocacy

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The UX/UI generally is super clunky. The system has CONSTANT outages and bugs. It's really frustrating to have to work around the system that's supposed to be enabling you. The email functionality is laughable - they send daily challenge digest emails "every day at 12pm EST", but more often they're sent around 3pm, and once they were sent at 7pm, which is unacceptable. When I wrote in to support, I was told that it's simply because of their server capacity - the more emails being sent, the longer the delays. Well, we've been experiencing consistent delays for the 1.5 years I've been using Influitive, so they should prooobably look into maybe getting some more servers???

It also feels like product updates are few and far between. And when they do release an update, it's for something trivial or not super impactful. I wish I knew what was on their roadmap long-term, because what has been released isn't promising.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

There are probably better solutions out there.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advocate marketing

  ### 41. Great customer advocacy program!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

We use Influitive to keep our current customers happy and as an initiative to prospects. Influitive is user friendly and they have a very helpful and responsive support team. I also like that you have a team of account managers at your side if you ever have an urgent issue/question.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Price. They raised their price this past year and it was far too high.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I highly recommend this product and do believe it's a great platform. There really isn't anything else exactly like it out there. I use it to reach my current customers and help them form a networking community so I can't attest to using it for your employees.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers love using Influitive! It gives them a chance to take a break during the day to participate in fun challenges while also networking with like-minded people. We are able to get several strong leads a month using our customers as our lead generators.

  ### 42. User friendly, strategic, and fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the ability to segment and target as it allows a lot of personalizing, which is key in advocacy. I love that it can so easily be branded on a variety of levels e.g. challenge copy, imagery, headers, etc. I love that I can control invitations and invite directly into segments. This makes it super simple to cater to different levels simultaneously. I also love the ability to send notifications to all or segments as it keeps advocates engaged.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes the reporting can be overwhelming if you don't have your goals established. And running Influitive as an advocacy program requires resources and buy-in from senior staff and different departments. This can be tricky if it's not expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Integration into your existing systems is worthwhile. Make sure you have buy-in from IT as it makes integration much faster.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business problems vary but have ranged from product awareness and customer support to marketing and sales. The platform can support several department objectives.

  ### 43. A lot of potential but a lot of work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the idea of an advocate hub! I was sold from the very beginning! Having a direct line of communication with advocates and driving marketing initiatives like case studies and reviews is so helpful.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

To be fair, we knew this going in, but it is A LOT of time and work to maintain. If you have someone who can dedicate most, if not all of their time to building, growing and maintaining a hub, then great! But if you have tons of other priorities as well, the hub might not be for you. You get what you put in and even medium effort will not produce ROI.

Also this requires buy-in from your entire company. We have not had success running this solely out of marketing.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

You will be most successful if you have cross-functional buy in, support and even participation. You also get what you put in. I would consider this potentially a full time job to manage.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building out our customer marketing program and looking especially to increase customer stories, references and reviews. We have accomplished some of this, but so far it hasn't been worth our investment in both money and time.

  ### 44. Using Influitive to Gain Customer Advocates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan J. | Customer Advocacy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive makes it possible to connect with your customers on a more personal, one-on-one feel basis. This promotes a much deeper and more trusting relationship.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The fact that you can't customize the sign-up page.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pushing valuable content with the hub that can help increase retention and sales; getting quick turnaround on feedback for potential new products and services, and having an ongoing NPS score.

  ### 45. Great tool for customer centric organizations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsie R. | Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has helped us to capture the voice of the customer and maintain our organization's customer centric values. We've been able gain access to product feedback, industry insights, and source various types of references. As we continue to grow the program, the ability to target segmented groups will be vital to our success.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Without having multiple instances, it's difficult to run a global program in local languages.
As we roll out to our other countries, we will need to think of creative solutions as work-arounds to accommodate for the gap in supporting multiple languages.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Advocacy hubs require a lot of investment on a daily / weekly basis to allow for success. Be sure that before you launch, you are prepared to invest the time, otherwise the launch will be less successful.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to offer a channel to our customers which allows them to:
- pose questions to fellow customers
- join targeted peer to peer conversations
- find product updates & company news
- share product feedback
- track advocacy actions & be rewarded for their actions

From all of these, are are able to run reports to measure the success of the program.

  ### 46. Influitive is a great way to organize, engage and educate your advocates!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cache W. | Director Customer Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The ability to have a communication hub that doesn't involve mass emails or long lists of advocates in a spreadsheet is a huge win for scaling your advocacy program. We continually engage our advocates in marketing, product and sales initiatives to drive success.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Time is what is needed in order to utilize the many capabilities of the platform, this can't be shoved to the side for utilization in your spare time. If you want to do it right, then the platform needs to be a major time commitment.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

My recommendation is to view Influitive as a very effective communication hub for mobilizing your advocates. This doesn't solve or touch every issue that is involved with customer advocacy but it is a huge help in tackling some of the larger communication and engagement needs.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to be in sync with our customer advocates is solved by Influitive. No longer are we guessing as to which advocates are willing to meet a marketing need, we now submit a challenge and get a list of advocates who fit the need within days. We also actively build out our available sales references, online reviews, product feedback groups and produce countless pieces of content.

  ### 47. A great tool for garnering and developing customer advocates and a healthy advocate community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It's simple, but the best part is simply how Influitive brings our customers together. Through different industries, geographies, job titles experience level with our products, the AdvocateHub helps to create a tightly knit community our of this disparate group of people.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Overall, very few grievances. Influitive has been great at improving the product by listening to feedback and making changes that allow a more smooth functionality and make our job easier.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive AdvocateHub has helped us to create marketing content, test beta versions of our products, gain valuable feedback on product updates, minimize the opening of support tickets by customers, and to create a forum for our customers to interact and share best practices (among many other benefits).

  ### 48. Influitive is our chance to provide white glove service

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily E. | Customer Marketing Specialist, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive offers our customers a fun way to engage with our content, essentially gamifying their interaction with our company and making it FUN for them. It also:
- Rewards our customers for activities that they do on a regular basis anyway (reading blogs, sharing on social, providing product feedback, providing testimonials and case studies)
- Provides our customers with an "exclusive Members-only community", and a place to facilitate industry discussions with peer-to-peer feedback.
- Creates opportunities for our customers that they never knew existed and never thought possible to attain.
- Allows our company to gain remain in tune with what our customers think, feel, want, and need.
- Support staff is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

- Onboarding was a little clunky, but we got through it.
- Wish there were more real examples to reference as we were building our hub.
- There are quite a few basic customizations that could be made (their Trello board is monitored regularly and updated frequently, so you're definitely able to add your suggestions there!).

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Their Support team is super responsive, and our sales rep (pre-purchase) and account rep (post-purchase) were knowledgeable and responsive to any and all questions we asked (and still ask!).

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing Influitive as a means to advance our profession through shared knowledge, open dialogue, and united passions. We have realized that Influitive will also allow our employees to engage on a more personal, community level with our Members.

  ### 49. Gamification with Influitive is taking strides in the marketing world.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

That the program is well structured with a clean design. It makes reviews and referrals easy for customers to engage with in a fun way. Gamification with Influitive is taking strides in the marketing world.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Parts of the layout seems repetitive. The social sharing and some of the other options could get cumbersome for users who would clog their feeds with our content making it seem less like advocacy and more like just a way to earn points. Gamification has a very fine line of true advocates and people trying to earn points, money, or swag.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Influitive can be expensive, but it's worth the price. Look at what you're aiming to accomplish, and the resources while evaluating the program.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To gain more fans of the company and engage them with our brand. It helps with keeping the company current in the customer's eyes, and introduces them to our new products, news, and possibility of cross selling

  ### 50. Buggy and terrible for companies who want to scale an advocacy program.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is helpful in that it gives you a platform to post challenges and then approve them for points which you can reward your advocates with. There aren't many software options for this and theirs is one of the most inclusive on the market. Their support team has always tried hard to help me with issues I've had.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Influitive is SUPER buggy. I get errors for random things nearly every time I use it. On top of that, it's really hard to automate or scale anything in Influitive. For example - you can't bulk select challenges to edit, approve, delete, move, etc... So so time consuming!

I'd also argue that the automation features are lacking when it comes to challenge approval. So much of it requires manually reading/reviewing and approving.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Ok for small businesses - but really rough for a large or growing company.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**
