I have been using Influitive for more than 2 years now and just love the features. Influitivee offers great gamification features that enables us to offer unique experiences to our customers while also ensuring we meet our business and marketing goals.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I would like to see more video-based training to get well-equipped with the day-to-day operational challenges.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive helps achieve wider marketing goals whether through referrals, references, webinars, and a lot more. We have been able to level up in engaging and delivering a great customer experience. We have been able to leverage our advocates to achieve our business and marketing goals.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the templated challenges. They're great when you're starting your program or just need inspiration. I also love how helpful the Influitive team is. Even if they don't know the answer to a question they'll look for the answer or a workaround. The staff also truly cares about the success of your program.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes the admin side of things is a little annoying, like the bulk view of challenges at once is great but once I hit the back button it takes me to the list view.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with our customers more, learning what they want to see from us, and getting natural/authentic marketing content.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The establishment and launch of a customer community on the Influitive platform is fairly straightforward and well supported by your Influitiver program rep. The process is also well documented.  While customization is available, you also have the option to use prebuilt templates and imagery. Post-launch, the support is superb. A community does not run itself and Influitive can assist and guide you to ensure best practices and objectives are met. 

While the platform has many features and funtionality to optimize your program, they are simple to use.  Everything is pretty simple to manage -  from building a gamified environment to managing rewards to analyzing reports.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Just a couple of minor things:
- Influitive has an extensive library of images that can be used for building challenges. I personally find them a little too stock photography- ish. 
- If your Community members belong to other community programs built on the Influitiver platform they need to use the same password for all of them. This leads to some confusion for those that it applies to, and there isn't a quick and simple way to fix it without Influitive's help.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitve facilitates the nurturing and deepening of customer relationships after the sale.  While building these relationships also greatly enhances leveraging of your most ardent customers. Things like reviews, references, renewals, referrals, feedback, surveys, and content creation are all made easier by building customer relationships in the Influitve community platform

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The best part about using Influitive is engaging with our partners and receiving real-time feedback. We're able to ask our partners what they want to see on the Influitive platform; our partners are able to ask questions for upcoming webinars and newsletters or hot topics; we're able to quiz them on the material they should be reviewing; verify they are taking the certifications they need to better sell our solution; give them product or company updates; and so much more. We are also rewarding partners for participating in these activities, which is incentivizing them.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The downside of using Influitive: Finding rewards for other countries and localizing challenges for those countries that don't speak English primarily. We have a separate hub for those in EMEA and APAC and those are the biggest issues we run into. Another downsize is integrations with PRMs.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I would say go for it! There are hands-down so many more benefits than using Influitivve than not.

We are solving the problem of enabling our partners to sell more of our solution. They are able to find resources, ask questions, and get educated on the topics that they need.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The best part of the Influitive platform is that it's easy to use, efficient, and engaging. It's a great platform that brings your customers together in one place to stay informed/top of mind, quickly find customer advocates, and have some fun. It's customer advocacy on demand! I love the efficiency of making an ask to many and seeing what you'll get. I'm so grateful for this platform!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There really isn't much that I don't like about this platform.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is solving the problem of finding customer references quickly and efficiently. Before Influitive, I would have to email customers one at a time to see if they'd be willing to help us with a particular ask and then wait for a reply.  Now I can post a challenge and get a response almost instantly. I like that the customer can opt in to whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is great if you are looking to build a customer advocacy program from the ground up and provide an experience for your customers that is easy and fun. It is also great if you would like to track customer advocacy activities, as it integrates well with other software platforms such as Salesforce. Influitive is also valuable even if advocacy is not the primary objective of your program. Personally, I love how easy it is for our customers to engage with the platform, as well as how easy it is for me as the admin to configure the platform.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Support has been difficult to work with, but they're getting better. They are fast when it comes to resolving quick fix issues such as merging accounts or repairing small bugs within challenges, but for larger developer-needed issues, it seems that the ticket goes into a black hole. It makes things difficult for our customers who log into the platform every day and deserve a seamless experience.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to take advantage of a lot of Influitive's features, such as the Discussions feature which lets customers interact with each other in a Discussions-based forum. We have also been able to make the challenges look really enticing and fun so that our customers will want to participate in them. Additionally, we have been able to integrate Influitive with Salesforce to help with overall reporting goals and visibility with other LOBs.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive allows me to run all of the aspects of a customer advocacy program to be successful. Through the software, I can easily connect customers more to our organization and each other. I can offer them loads of value by presenting diversified content in creative ways, and I can reward them for their outstanding efforts. It's a win-win for advocates and our organization!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Historically, community admins haven't had as much control on the backend of the system as I'd prefer. Influitive recognized that giving community managers more access to the functionality of their programs is essential, so they've started to release functionality that makes this easier. Of course changes are never fast enough for anyone. :)

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive solves the problem of being able to efficiently and effectively run an advocacy program. Period. It gets community managers out of spreadsheet land and allows them to focus on what's truly important - driving value to their community members. I wouldn't want to run my program without it!

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The Influitive platform is intuitive and easy to use. It allows us to easily connect with users and create meaningful relationships by sharing content that is most important to them. It also makes it easy for our users to connecte with their peers, learn, and be recognized for their participation in the community.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Influitive does a great job of addressing bugs that surface and they have a stellar Support team. The platform has a pretty robust search feature in the Discussion area but I was this search feature was global and searched all content, activities, and discussions.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving our customers a voice and collecting feedback and insight from our users is extremely valuable to us and makes our users feel valued. We also use the platform to source product references, receive customers referrals, and write software reviews which ultimately leads to shorter sales cycles. And addition to all this, it allows us to create relationships, understand the unique needs of our users and deliver value. This all leads to increased product usage, adoption, and retention.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I like that Influitive empowers our organization to engage with our customers in unique and scalable ways. We use the community to generate product feedback, drive online reviews, identify advocates for marketing activities like case studies, testimonials and speaking engagements, and we also use the platform to post educational / training resources to drive adoption. The discussion forum has been a really popular feature to enable networking and peer-to-peer best practices sharing.

I also appreciate Influitive's support team, they are very responsive and helpful. If we submit a support ticket, we always hear back within the same or next business day with a solution.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There are limitations with the survey functionality within the platform, i.e.: it does not support certain question types or any sort of conditional or skip logic -- so for more advanced surveys that require this sort of thing, we have to program them outside of the community and link out to them. Additionally, some of the reporting in Influitive is not very intuitive, but luckily our customer success manager is a huge help in that regard.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Influitive has impacts across the organization, from marketing and sales, to product, customer success, and support. Make sure the leaders from each team understand Influitive's use cases and are on-board to help promote internally and provide support as needed.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive helps us solve the problem of engaging with our customers, generating customer-focused marketing content and testimonials, and receiving product feedback. Without the platform, my job would be so much more manual and tedious... Influitive makes customer advocacy marketing fun and scalable!

You not only have the opportunity to watch speakers' sessions live and on-demand, but also to be fully engaged in all interactivities: networking sessions, gamification with points and rewards, fun activities, pre-event activities, and much more. UE is excellent; the format of the event is unique and impressive.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Some features need improvement e.g. the mobile application, notification systems about reward redemptions. But overall the platform is great and flexible

The software is easy to use and the team is quick to help with troubleshooting or issues we might have. Our needs are unique and they have helped us along the way.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Wish that onboarding had been a bit easier for us in the beginning, we lost a few users in our unique process, but overall not much to dislike! Appreciate the customization and customer service.

It has helped us create something brand new for an entirely different demographic. We have been able to use the software to gamify giving in a whole new way and it is super marketable to children wanting to make a difference.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Customer-friendly environment, GREAT customers support, easy to get customers up and running in the system. Overall, it is a fun and easy to use platform that our customers seem to love as well.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Some of the newer features (discussions) are being actively worked on and aren't as user friendly as they could be. But they are constantly adding updates and take user feedback on a regular basis.

Identifying top customers, supporting new users. It is great knowing once a customer is in our Influitive Hub they will get support and resources and have a chance to engage with our brand.

It can be a complex site to get into but once you do the possibilities are endless. There are no end of templates, suggestions, media etc. to help make the most of the experience for you and your customers. 
Add to this that Influitive actually listen! And continually are making upgrades to their platform to make things work even better for users and managers.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It's complex. There's so much to the site and it's not always intuitive as a manager setting up, or as a user, where to start off or go for the best if you're unsure.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us provide our customers with a one-stop shop for all the resources they need to use our products. And to access extras like support, events, communicate with other customers etc.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive makes it easy for use to connect to customers we otherwise would not reach.  The community has given us the ability to generate references, speaking/attending events, or taking phone calls for our CS and Sales teams with a very high success rate.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The reporting and dashboard are basic to say these least.  I find the reporting to be a bit clunky and the location or process of things like filters has a tiny learning curve.  We've also found it hard to export the data internally to use it with tools like Power BI.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is allowing us to obtain a closer relationship with a select customer base.  The platform allows us to share content, direct community members to specific calls to action, and generate a high level of conversation.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive provides the organization with a direct line to engaged advocates.  Being able to connect and really have an opportunity to listen and learn from  customer advocates helps us build better solutions.  We can partner with our advocates to identify gaps and work together to bridge those gaps helping our advocates solve real industry problems.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The reporting can be a bit difficult to understand, but I am working with Influitive to learn more about the reporting process so I can highlight the return on investment with our leaders.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like it solves a few problems - visibility, transparency and connection.  Our advocates want to be part of the solution and Influitive facilities the ability to provide visibility to solution, transparency to gaps, and connection to improve.

The tool overall is feature-rich and their team continually seeks feedback to improve and innovate on the product. Their support and customer success teams are amazing in helping you troubleshoot and achieve success with your advocacy program.

There are always little things that you wish were made a little differently to improve the usability of the tool. But it's nothing major and just nitpicking.

The influitive platform is very intuitive. The people are also very helpful and are there step by step through set up and ongoing.

Content pages could use an update, but I know that's coming soon!

Managing our Employee Engagement hub. We now have two hubs with influitive and they make it seemless to use both together and separate.

Influitive is a great tool for scaling an existing advocacy program. You can engage your advocates with challenges and gamification - and make it super easy for them to redeem points for rewards.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The platform does require constant engagement/challenges to keep advocates interested. This could amount to 50% of a person's workload. Wish there was more Influitive did to keep folks engaged without creating new challenges.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging customers at scale. We often get one off requests for a customer quote, feedback on a new feature, or a customer speaker for a webinar. This helps us find those customers without emailing a bunch of folks hoping for a hit.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Being able to integrate with our other systems is a plus.  Having control over the journey our advocates take has allowed us to customize an experience for each level of advocate.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

A couple of areas in the backend could use more functionality.  For example, being able to sort the member list by status or other columns.  It is limited today on what you can sort on.  Sometimes there is too much detail in the activity feed.  It would be nice to see a streamlined option.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive allows us to provide visibility to our advocates for all the activities they do for us.  It also provides them a place to connect with us on their terms.  They can go in as often as they want with no pressure, it is all up to them.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The opportunity that this platform offers for companies to connect with their customers/advocates is amazing. It opens a whole new world of possibilities and engagement that truly creates a valuable asset for the company in terms of marketing and loyalty. The outcomes of using the platform are only positive.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes, some of the features within the platform are not easy to manage or figure out. Some bugs might happen, but very rarely. I would say that some of the data analysis features could be slightly improved as well.

This platform is gonna bring a whole new customer experience for your company and will open a whole new world of opportunities for you to engage with advocates and leverage engagement.

We have been working on leveraging consumer engagement with our products and services. Interacting internally and directly with consumers is a powerful tool that this company brings. One of the main benefits is the amount of leads that the platform has helped to create since we implemented it.

The most helpful aspect of Influitive is their community boards that allow and encourage engagement through conversation.

One of Influitive's key selling points is their advocacy platform being on a point system where you earn by doing challenges. I, sometimes, don't find the challenges to be exciting or insightful.

My company gets to leverage the voice of the customer while rewarding them in a fun, creative and personal way. There are so many bugs. We usually identify something that is broken or not working as expected about once a day. They are working on improving the platform, but the bugs can provide a poor experience for the tool admins and community members.

The Influitive platform is extremely easy to use and can be customized for your own use case. It's easy to set up challenges and our users are loving the experience.

There's nothing I dislike about the platform. My only negative experience was with the onboarding and initial system implementation. Influitive's main use case is for CRM and for external users - our use case was very different from their traditional customers as it was mainly for internal purposes. There were a lot of irrelevant questions we had to answer during onboarding that sometimes felt like a waste of time.

Influitive puts a lot of tools and ideas at your fingertips,  making implementation of a rich advocacy site, and program, very easy.  The interface is great to work with, as are the staff. Your success will only be limited by your commitment and effort.

The only criticism of Influitive isn't really a criticism of Influitive, but a criticism of client advocacy.  Client advocacy takes time and commitment!   Influitive makes it easy, but there are still many manual processes.  Some aspects of the Influitive hub require manual effort that you might wish were more automated,  but the more automated things are the less relationship building takes place.

I also like the gamification aspect of the program since it offers badges, points, rewards and recognition which helps incentivize client participation. Influitive also has a robust reporting tool which allows us to measure results and report back on key metrics.

Some of the pre-built campaigns which are designed to help the administrator out by doing some of the creative heavy lifting are a bit out there and the lack of being able to target those campaigns at the individual activity level versus the campaign level is a bit frustrating.

Influitive is a great partner to help you on your customer advocacy journey- they are responsive, friendly, and they really care about you and your advocacy journey. Make sure you have someone on your team who is detailed orientend because you will want your hub to be as organized as possible to ensure success in the long run. Influitive may offer you a CSM, but it seems like that have a new wave of CSMs who aren't very experienced in the platform. If you have a question for them, they will most likely tell you to ask the support team.

It really helped our employees feel united once we shifted to remote work. Being B2B it is harder to find the sweet spot for clients to become engaged, but we've noticed they seem to enjoy consuming content this way, and it also allows us to ask them their thoughts of the subjects we are writing about.

Service, support is excellent. Whether it be their CS team or technical support team, it's intuitive, easy to use. It was first time using this type of platform and I did not find it hard to navigate or use the features. I like the templates they provide which is a great way to start learning/using the software.

An area I found with an opportunity for improvement is the structure of challenges, I find it somewhat rigid. The activities that are often produced all have the same structure and can look a little boring after a while from the advocates point of view. It would be nice if activities can be more visually diverse (I don't mean the imagery) but the way the information is structured. If there are options to allow activities to be formatted, allowing more visual diversity. Also, more font options can upload multiple files instead of just one within a stage. Formatting options in discussion posts could be easier and offer more font types or other formatting options. With that being said, the Influitive platform is excellent software.

The representatives are fantastic and the platform is so easy to use! We love the gamification of the site and the ability to engage with advocates. Advocates love interacting with each other and sharing tips. We are currently developing a strategy to incorporate non-customers and help encourage them to adopt our product.

The Influitive platform is ready-made out of the box to let you get more engaged with your audience.  There are great features to encourage their engagement and their interaction.  The only limit (in general) is your imagination, and Influitive does a great job of providing ideas to help you get started.

Growing your Influitive hub is like planting and tending a garden.  You can get started pretty easily, but then there's a fair bit of watering, weeding, and sowing that needs to take place.  Influitive provides a lot of tools to help you, but it really falls to you to continue to keep things well maintained.  If you don't have time to invest in the program, it won't yield as much result as you might desire.

I love that Influitive is specially designed for customer advocacy work. It makes engaging customers easy by offering templates for content, lots of options for segmentation, and merge fields that customize the content to whoever's viewing it. As an admin, you can also load a lens for any advocate, which is helpful in troubleshooting and customizing content. I've learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks from my reps at Influitive and the free webinars they offer. I've also been able to connect with others in roles similar to mine to exchange ideas through Influitive. Overall, I'm very happy with Influitive and glad we are using it for our advocacy program!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Some of the templated content can be too generic, a little stale, or not quite what I need (I usually end up selecting a template and adding a good bit of content myself). However, that's still more helpful than having to start from scratch every time. I found the training to be needlessly involved and long when I just wanted to learn the basics, so I ended up teaching myself how to do a lot of things. However, I'm about six months in now and feeling very confident.

The Influitive platofrm has given us a way to consolidate a lot of the advocacy activites that were previously spread across different areas of the company. I am able to quickly and  easily create challenges on the spot or use the ready-made templates that Influitive provides.  The community has been a great place to get advice and best practices. 

Our Account Rep is great and the support team is usually very responsive. Influitive is constantly updating the platform and adding more features and functionality to make it easier to engage and incentivize clients.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I find the reporting tool a bit cumbersome and not very intutive. The structure of the campaigns and challenges do not always allow the options I'd like such as logic branching, so I end up having to re-create them from scratch to make it work for my specific needs.

Influitive's customer engagement platform provides organizations a customizable toolset to allow them to engage with their clients while maintaining the ability for you to manage your customer relationships through the full customer relationship process.  Group challenges (engagement) allow for direct engagement with a large group of customers, while customizable challenges allow you to engage individuals who may need further support and nurture attention.  The ability to access the site from either a mobile app or the web makes it easy for multiple groups to access challenges.  Reporting and administrative tools provide great data points for understanding how your customers are engaged and who may need additional attention.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The mobile application isn't always the easiest to work with on Android devices (I have never tried an iOS device).  While you can access most challenges, discussions, and other features, some challenge specialty features (GPS, web link, etc.) do not always work smoothly through the application, forcing users to access the challenge through the website.   Having this in mind can help alleviate the issue, but may not be fully avoidable.

Influitive has been used for approximately 6 or 7 years now to engage our clients with educational, event-driven, and just for fun interactions.  Especially in light of the last two years and limited direct interaction with clients due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, Influitive has provided us with a unique option to engage our clients in an addition to our sales reps, project teams, or account managers.  We are looking into ways we can expand our usage with Wikis or reference subsections, along with training and vertical-driven content that will benefit all of our current and future clients.

There are several 'bests' that I like about the Influitive platform:
-I like that there are both templates for creating content, as well as the outline to build engagement pieces from scratch. The new rich text features allow you to be very efficient while creating your content. 
-Social sharing has become very popular in building a personal brand and supporting a vendor's brand. The platform enables social sharing content to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
-The integration capability allows you to connect your customers to other experiences within your organization via other systems.
-The metrics are extensive. The platform now offers both report functionality and the ability to build a dashboard for your metrics.
-The flexibility to customize the digest email that communicates new content to the members adds to the overall experience. Not only can you personalize the email with a message, but you can also preview, send the test email to yourself, and rearrange the new content list before scheduling it.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The admin search functionality within the content resets the search parameters if you click the back arrow. Having a button to self-reset the search parameters would be helpful when searching for multiple pieces of content.

The time to first value is long, even if you work diligently with Influitive's team and have enough internal resources. It's a delicate balance.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I implemented the Advocate Hub, I was looking to implement an advocate marketing plan that would drive referral revenue and generate authentic marketing content. I've been able to meet my goals in terms of marketing content and have also managed to drive revenue for our business as a result of referrals.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

They have a large library of resources to assist you to create new content and using their tools. They also have coaches that help you define goals and more importantly to reach them! Regarding the AdvocateHub, it is perfect to build a community with your customers and build a relationship with them. It makes communication easier to receive feedback, create case studies as well as contacting possible advocates. With their own personal AdvocateHub VIP you can use the product from a customer's point of view. It gives you ideas, teaches you about the product and provides a great understanding of the platform.

In addition to their hub, they also have an event platform that has the same features has their hub. It means it's easy to set-up, track feedback as well as create content for the event.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Administrator user interface is not always intuitive and it can be hard to find navigate. However, you can easily search in their gigantic library of tips and tricks to find whatever you need. Their mobile app also needs to be updated. I have heard they are working on it, though. 

Regarding the event, I wish the option to host a live event would be better implemented. Some sort of live stage that people can visit inside the hub or something like this.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I would suggest contacting them! Their customer service is incredible and they are going to assist you with any questions you have and will surely tell you if Influitive is a good match for your organization or not.

We were looking for something to create a special community for our users. Inbound Marketing is all about creating relation and building a customer loyalty and Influitve has helped us to achieve it. AdvocateHub is the perfect tool to create this community, manage it and maintain the customer relationship.

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has been a great tool to kickstart our advocacy team - it makes publishing engaging content very easy, and keeping track of our own advocates' actvity much better than we would be able to otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes I get the sense that the persona development or target personas for the sample challenges don't necessarily align with our own personas (more technical folks).

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Crucial to make sure that you have executive buy-in *as well as* executive understanding that this is a slow process they should expect to see ramp up, not something that gets stood up and flourishes within weeks.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Influitive, our entire advocacy and reference program was manual. With Influitive, we've been able to actually have a space to direct our advocates to, and give them what they had been asking us for for years. We know our customers value peer-to-peer connection and exclusive rewards and access, and this is the best avenue to give them that. Influitive has also helped us ease reference burnout and, maybe more importantly, discovering customers who are willing and excited to become advocates who we would not have unearthed otherwise.
